I wanted to order a sweatshirt for a…
I wanted to order a sweatshirt for a friend of mine, so I decided to Google the stussy site, and I got the site of these scanners, but nevertheless I ordered this tidy-up, despite the fact that the site seemed true and appeared among the first to Google. After writing a first email, the delivery would take place within 15 days. Later, after writing two emails, he was not notified of anything, but the email seemed to have been deleted. So totally scammed.
Unprofessional and unclear charges
Very disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Poor communication and constant delays without clear explanations. Instead of answering simple questions, I received vague template responses.
I was asked to pay import charges while the parcel is still outside the UK, without any official HMRC reference number or customs invoice provided. There is no transparency about what the charges actually represent. After almost a month, I still haven't received my parcel.
Overall, the process feels unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this service.
Very slow delivery
well, really should have checked Trustpilot before using this company. Having paid customs for a gift sent to me, they haven't delivered the goods they send lovely emails but still haven't received them. The goods were sent from the US on 13th January - 18 days later no delivery.

After speaking with Yasmin on the…
After speaking with Yasmin on the phone, we were able to get the ball rolling with a package that was coming in. She was very helpful and waited on the phone to confirm that my payment made it through and corrected an invoice for customs fee. She was very friendly and patient.

A dear friend in America sent out a parcel with some not so cheap items inside, he had to spend $200+ to ship it out at first and I still had to pay an "import fee" though a bank transfer. He sent this parcel out a month ago and I am still waiting for it, ive sent countless emails and all I've received back is empty apologies and information that it hasn't even left the states yet, why did I have to pay an import fee if it hasn't even left the states?? Until I actually receive my parcel this review will remain at a 1 star

I was very stressed about my Parcel it was birthday present and I contacted to customer service and Yasmin was so professional and very kind. She explained to me what happened and arranged to get my parcel on time.
All my family and me so grateful for her help and kindness!!! I received my parcel on time without any damage.
I want to say Big Thank you from me and whole my family to Yasmin!!! You are Star !!
Awful
Simply dreadful been waiting nearly a month for an estimated 3 day delivery supposed to be here today and guess what HASNT ARRIVED NO SURPRISE THERE THEN
Poor delivery experience
My parcel was not left in my safe place but was left outside my front door exposed to the elements and visible to passers-by.
Customer service is awful and rude. Do not use
Customer service is awful and rude, no one ever answers the phone. It is a shame you have to provide one star to write a review.
Unfortunately they are the courier (used in the loosest terms) used by others.
They provide no detail of what additional charges are for and worryingly it appears that you can only pay by bank transfer😕
All round terrible experience, even worse than Yodel and RM
Horrible company customer service team…
Horrible company customer service team doesn't exist I have tried to contact them multiple times over a time period of a 3weeks and nothing. They don't reply to email. I paid my custom fees but they haven't sent the US courier confirmation that I have paid my customs fees. Package has been stuck in USA for over a month. Never will I use them again I am still waiting for my package that's stuck in America joke of a company avoid at all cost!!
Poor service
I did not receive my package and would not use them again

I received an empty padded envelope
I received an empty padded envelope from this company sent from someone else as part of a brushing scam.
They said my package was delivered but…
They said my package was delivered but never received. The last update was in a city 9 hrs away from me. So if it was delivered it was delivered there.
Package to wrong address
The company proudly keep you updated with delivery times and then deliver to completely the wrong address. What can be so difficult, the label on the package was clear, and our front door number also very clear, even in the dark. Why?
Aggressive Delivery
Recieved a small package. The delivery man was aggressive, impatient and slammed the door upon leaving. Never seen a delivery conducted like it.
Shame there isn’t a 0 stars option.
Very dodgy package I never ordered... : (
I had a similar experience to so many people here. I got a palm-sized padded jiffy bag through the letter-box, with the label from OneWorldExpress saying that it is a backpack (yes, a backpack!?!?!) worth £64.95.
Nothing has been taken from my bank account or PayPal, so it seems to be this 'brushing' scam which someone in other reviews mentioned? Just weird. Definitely dodgy though, just not sure what to do about it... bit comcerning the package has me address and phone number on it though. : (
Received a package from One World House…
Received a package from One World House Hayes, I received a pair of green plastic kids glasses that I didn't order. The package has my old phone number on it. I think One World House needs to be investigated by the government for fraudulent activity. There is only so many times you can use the excuse that we are only a logistics company. The company must have a record of the person sending these items and should ban all transactions with this person/persons by not doing so they are fully aware of what's going on and done nothing to prevent it. The company are aware and actively taking part in the scam by not banning said person/persons. I personally will be going to my local citizens advice and then to my local MP.
Would have given it 0 stars if…
Would have given it 0 stars if permitted. Received a fabric leaf???? To the alleged value of £10.68. Didn't order this sh!t and checked Paypal and Amazon and my personal account for any money going out. None so far. Not sure whether to return it or bin it. Might just see if I get any more of this cr&p
We received a card from Royal Mail…
We received a card from Royal Mail saying we had to pay import duties of about £35, or we couldn't receive a parcel 'from' One World Express in China. It didn't say that One World Express was the name of the courier company, but looking at the other reviews, I guess it is.
We're going to ignore it.
The Reader's Digest has a good article on 'brushing scams,' which it seems to be, so I'll paraphrase what it says here:
In a brushing scam, an online retailer sends people items and products they didn’t purchase in order to fraudulently improve their store’s ratings.
Creating a fake transaction and mailing the item to a random person gives the seller credit for a sale, which boosts that seller’s rating on online marketplaces like Amazon. They may also write a fake positive review of the item in the recipient’s name to increase their rating even more. The intention is to give the impression that the recipient is a verified buyer who has written positive online reviews of the merchandise.
Amazon, Ebay and other online marketplaces prohibit brushing scams, so reporting the incident to the platform will cause the seller to be banned.
[But I don't know who the seller is. - Jo]
