Please beware of this company it's a scam, if u had registered with a number other than Turkish your money is stuck and you can never use it, they tell you to contact them but once you do they never reply. I lost more than 100 USD because of them, HUGE SCAM!
Anonymous accounts can no longer pay for anything, without any warning, now money is stuck. Won't return me money = scam.
Overall there are misunderstandings that happen, but after contact with oldubil you get it fixed. I once transfered money and they didnt came in 5 days, I contacted them and they said contact your bank. I contacted them and it was said that money when they dont arrive it will come back. After 15 days I just got everything back and that is automatic process that will work without contact with bank or oldubil.
I lost 35 euro! I sent 1000 TRY. I got confirmation from Revolut, but Oldubil claimed they didn't get any money. Terrible customer service. Be careful!
I lost $50, do not recommend it! I transferred $50 on July 5 and they still haven't been delivered. I sent the confirmation of the transfer, I contacted with my bank who confirmed the delivery of the transfer. I contacted by e-mail sending a phone number, card number, and payment confirmation. Each time an automatic reply "contact your bank" and they close the ticket as resolved.
Oldubil stole my money. They keep denying that the funds have been sent and they do not want to assist you in locating the funds. Their support staff is very rude and they don't even try to explain the situation. Do not deal with these people if you are not in Turkey.
I did a bank transfer of 50 euros and the money was send to one of their banks. They received the money, but they are not updating my balance. Tried contacting them, but they are ignoring me after they said I need to contact my bank. Watch out everyone, you will lose your money.
