I got a Tiny Freshwater Pearl & Gold Baby Bracelet for my daughter last year, she was born extremely premature so it didn't fit until her first birthday which was in March 2026. Within 2 days the gold had turned silver and shortly after the bracelet broke. Pearls scattered, glad I saw this before my daughter choked on them. I paid £58 for a bracelet that didn't last more than 2 weeks once she started wearing it. Very disappointed and waste of money.

A beautiful and very well made piece of jewellery. I purchased a gorgeous acorn necklace as a gift and I'm positive that the recipient will love it as much as I do!
Amazing quality and the perfect size, dainty but without losing the detail on the acorn or its small oak leaf, it also has a lovely weight to it. The gift box is also a nice touch.
Ordering was easy with the website easy to navigate and postage was very quick. The item was packaged with great care to ensure it arrived undamaged. Over the moon, thank you so much!

Absolutely insanely bad customer service and product. I ordered a locket from here for my mums birthday. When it came the quality was god awful and wouldn't even close? I emailed asking for a refund which they replied to, asking to send it back, which I did. Now I have had no response from them after sending multiple emails (sent the package back over 3 weeks ago!) and no refund

I have had no response from my emails regarding a bracelet purchased for me by my mother. The quality of the bracelet was substandard, I sent the bracelet back as requested by the company but I have never received a bracelet back or any refund. To me this us theft on their part. They are now ignoring my emails. Very poor customer service 99800

I bought a bracelet for my mum’s 60th birthday, expecting it to be a special gift. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been hugely disappointing.

Delivery was slower than advertised, though it did arrive just in time, so I overlooked that. However, the real issue is the quality. Despite being sold as silver, within just a few weeks, it tarnished. The bracelet developed grey patches where the silver had worn away.

I contacted customer service, which was ignored. Other than receiving an automated acknowledgement of receipt, I heard nothing further.

My mum then followed up herself, only to be met with rudeness and unprofessional responses. She was told, patronisingly, that she shouldn’t have worn the bracelet so often, comparing it to “not always wearing your best pair of shoes”, and was flatly told the bracelet couldn’t tarnish, despite clear photographic evidence to the contrary.

Not only was a replacement refused, but the dismissive and insulting attitude added to the frustration. What should have been a meaningful gift has turned into an embarrassing waste of money.

The product quality is poor, the customer service appalling, and the advertising of a good quality silver misleading. At the very least, I expect a replacement to resolve this situation.

I bought a leather guest book for my wedding, and it exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it felt like such a meaningful keepsake for our big day.

I bought this for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday and she was thrilled with it. Well presented and really pretty. Very happy.

Ordered a baby bracelet and advised 3-4 working days and 2 days delivery. I was advised the order had been dispatched. Queried it again after not receiving(was advised I would get it on the saturday) to be told they were now waiting on the birthstone and provided with a tracking number. After reviewing the tracking number since Tuesday (we are now saturday) and it still hasn't been dispatched. I emailed 2 days ago for some information and not received a response. Really disappointing customer service and I worry I am not going to recieve the bracelet after ordering 2 weeks ago!

Absolutely love my bracelet, would definitely recommend using Oh So Cherished if you want to buy a gift thats a little bit different.
