A $100 binance gift card ( global )I bought isn’t redeeming getting this error “the card has been locked and not supported the operations”. Upon checking with binance support, they said OFFGAMERS need to unlock it. I Have tried emailing OFFGAMERS multiple times it’s been over 24hours and no response to the tickets.
I have purchased several times before never had an issue but this time after this issue I have realized there is no way to reach them. No way to contact through socials, no response on emails, Hence I have to post here

Misleading "Global" label and zero customer support. Refund demanded.
OffGamers replied to ticket 5430287 admitting the product was advertised as "Global" and confirming that the activation code remains completely untouched and unused. Yet, they refuse to issue a refund for a product that is geographically blocked and completely unusable. They are keeping $85.32 USD for a service they did not deliver. This is unacceptable corporate theft. I demand an immediate refund.
I bought a Virtual Mastercard for $85.32 USD that OffGamers explicitly labeled and sold as "Global". However, it has an absolute geographic block and is completely unusable.
The activation code remains untouched with zero usage, which can be easily verified in the system. Instead of helping, OffGamers support closed my ticket unilaterally and refused to offer a solution.
This is false advertising. I demand a manager to review my case and issue a full refund immediately.

If you are not in the US don't buy this card ever
This Visa card do not directly provide the card number, expiration date, and CVV after purchase. Instead, you are forced to go through a complicated third-party portal to extract the information yourself.The worst part is their system has a hidden network lock. If you happen to operate the extraction process outside the US or use a common proxy network, the card issuer’s system will automatically hard-block (On Hold) the card immediately.Now the card is completely dead and unuseable, and the card provider refused to issue a refund or cancellation, meaning your dollar is completely gone. Their customer service is absolute garbage and hides behind rigid terms. If you don't want to lose your hard-earned money over a slight network glitch, NEVER buy this card!
