One star for goods arriving on time. Zero stars for customer services. I returned a pair of expensive jeans but despite emailing never got a refund. In the end I did a charge back through my bank so didn't lose out. My advice to anyone in this situation is to do the same and order nydj goods from John Lewis instead!

I am trying to return an item I have been getting the run around they keep texting me they don't recognize the item number.i call they say they are going to call me back they never do.

I received a PARTIAL refund for items I NEVER got .....and THEY cancelled.....NEVER have I heard of this. Trying to get i touch with them is impossible....customer service STINKS. Will now take further steps to get my money back from another source. BEWARE

I recently submitted two separate orders from NYDJ online. I live in Canada and the orders are filled from the US. I wish I had read the online reviews prior to placing my orders for a considerable sum of money. The orders took 3 weeks to be delivered and I only received meaningful updates after I sent several emails to NYDJ customer service. In addition, it wasn’t until the return process was initiated that I was informed of the return shipping fees. Most of the items unfortunately did not meet my expectations despite their (apparent) reputation as a global brand. The Megan dress was great and I kept that item; I also kept one pair of jeans which were acceptable. The rest of the items (6 in total) to be returned were problematic due to inconsistent sizing, with items being either too big or too small despite ordering the same size, and with one item-a pair of jeans-the denim was of subpar quality. Not what one would expect given the prices for their products. The worst part however is the incomplete refund I have received to date for the items returned. To note- all of the items were returned promptly in one (original) shipping box and packaging, with their respective packing slips, all tags on and clearly unused/not worn. Since some items were refunded it is clear the box containing all of the returned items was received. All items returned are eligible for a full refund. I have never experienced anything like this with a supposed global brand. The initial contact with customer service has now gone radio silent and I may be forced to take further action to secure the refund to which I am entitled. My advice is to go to a bricks and mortar store unless you are absolutely sure of your purchase with respect to fit and quality of materials, and to seriously evaluate reviews before buying. I wish I had.

I have now rung 5 times regarding my refund on an undelivered order of over £1000, they still have not refunded me.

I am extremely disappointed in Nydj Uk, as I ordered a pair of jeans for an occassion, and they were delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately, Nydj's keep saying check with your neighbours and you can see from the photo that it is not with my neighbours! They are trying to get out of replacing the jeans or refunding my money. Their attitude is most disappointing and will now have to put it in the hands of my credit card and they have now lost me as a customer.

This company is truly professional. They shipped out two pairs of NYDJ jeans immediately and kept in touch with me, answering a query that I had. I had subsequently read the dreadful reviews sitting here on Trustpilot and felt sick that I had spent nearly £300, imagining that the goods would not arrive, that the returns would be impossible and that, if they did arrive, they would be substandard. Simply not true. Perfect shipping and perfect goods. Restored my faith in humanity.

I’d pick 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 pairs. Same size but the fit couldn’t have been more different- one huge, one small. Liked neither so started a return. Not as easy as you might expect from a global brand. Beware of the very deeply hidden cost £10 to return anything. Note it’s shipped from the US not Europe I think. Loads of emails to “ customer care”. Don’t hold your breath waiting for a reply. I was lucky that one of my many mails got picked up by someone more senior and I finally got a response. Overall, the jeans historically were great but if you want to buy, I suggest you avoid the website and go to a real shop and support your high street retailer.

AVOID! Basically, they took the money and I did not get the goods. Customer Services do not respond.

I knew this brand from a previous purchase through a clothing store. I thought they would be legit. I wish I had read these reviews. I bought a number of pairs of jeans online and was unable to return them, even though they were eligible for return. The online function for processing a return stated that none of the items was eligible for return, though all of them were. Multiple calls went unanswered and the automated call-back option never resulted in a return call. My emails through the portal went unanswered. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company.

I'm sad to say that after buying and wearing only NYDJ for years and years, recent customer experience means I think I may never buy again. It's so disappointing. I ordered 3 pairs from the US site and received them in the UK after 2 weeks. SO FAR SO GOOD. I had to return one pair and did so by logging the return online which was accepted and I was sent a DHL Express label to use. The jeans arrived with DHL on 18 December 2023. It is now 16 January 2024 and still NO refund, no reply to my calls and no reply to my emails. How can NYDJ state that they will issue refunds within 7 days?

My husband ordered me a pair of these jeans over two weeks ago, the money was taken by NYDJ immediately. He received a confirmation from the company stating he would receive notice of dispatch. He’s heard nothing, numerous attempts at contacting this company via e mail have proved unsuccessful. The phone numbers provided are useless.. these jeans are a Christmas gift but I have no faith that they will arrive, reading these reviews on here have made me feel even more certain .. the jeans cost £147.. At this price there should be no question of decent customer service but there obviously is ..

Gave them 1* as there isn't a 0* option. Ordered some jeans but was sent a different size to my order - without being asked or advised - so for nearly 4 weeks I have been trying to sort it out. Finally got the return information after chasing for days & days & eventually saying I would go through paypal - it's an Evri drop off fyi - & eventually got a partial refund minus courier costs which they insist they won't refund as they sent the correct size. Very poor on every level.

The company sent the goods and had no return function I am writing with an update. I received no reply to my emails to customer service. The number on the website rings and rings no answer. I purchased through PayPal- raised a complaint, provided evidence. Waited the relevant number of days. Stated the complaint was not rectified. NYDJ did not respond to the complaint and I received a full refund via PayPal - who will no doubt chase them. This is not a refund from the company- who did nothing- it was a refund from PayPal. NYDJ presents as a huge reputable company. It is incredible that that can get away with this.

Appealing customer service - do not order anything from NYDJ U.K.
I only received 1 of 2 items I ordered in spite of being charged for both.
Like other people I was unable to get any assistance from customer service who ignored attempts to contact them.
I ended up getting my bank to reverse the price of the undelivered item to my credit card.
SERIOUSLY - stay away from this outfit

Shockingly slow to refund. They recieved my item in 7th August, I emailed on the 21st to say where is my refund and magically the same day I have notification of the pending refund. I'm not sure I would have got it without chasing. And I'm not keen to lose £140! I wont be buying from them again.

I ordered three pairs of jeans for NYDJ to see which ones suited me as the website said free returns. I needed to send one pair back. There was a form in the bag but no return label. The form said return labels were available, if not in the bag, from customer service. However there is no telephone no for customer service and emails to them have elicited no reply and no return label. There is no UK address to even post them to if I pay the postage. I am therefore stuck with an expensive pair of jeans that I don't want - never again will I buy from them. Shame as I have been a regular customer but I have never had to return a pair before.

Trying to return jeans that do not fit and just can't get any help from customer services. Emails are not responded to and there is no phone number. No service at all! I like the jeans, but this lack of basic service is awful so I will not get anymore.

Unable to return items at these prices it's a very hard pill to swallow!

My mother bought 4 pairs of trousers and returned them more than 4 weeks ago. 4 emails sent with no reply and EU number doesn’t actually work ! Appalling service - do not shop here - similar experience to the other messages on here
