Always love these jeans they are flattering and comfortable.

The trousers don’t fit particularly well so I want to return them. Unfortunately there was no returns label included when NYDJ sent them so I contacted them, and have had a response saying they were going to send out a returns label. Nothing! I contacted them and they said they were going to send out the label, nothing. So I’m going to contact them yet again!

I have recently bought jeans and linen trousers from the UK website. I really love the fit of their jeans, HOWEVER I had to return a few items due to sizing.
The process has been awful, upon tracking the items back to the company its has taken far too long for my refund. THIS WILL BE MY LAST PURCHASE

I want to return an item, and despite emailing twice, I am still waiting for a return label and form to be emailed. This was supposed to be in the package but was not. This was requested on 12th August. This is not very efficient.

Great clothes, fit well, fast delivery.

No returns label with the jeans. Can only email to try to get one, no response so far. Impossible instructions on how to generate your own. What most reviews say ,use a trusted source to buy them.

I have yet to wear them but when I tried them on they were a little large on the waist so I will need to wear a belt. I really should have tried a size smaller first and risked having to swap them!

I particularly like the blouses from NYDJ and hsve always received them within a few days.
Recently I ordered two blouses on the same day but at different times. I received one as told I would but the other took a few days longer.
Despite the obvious problem with Royal Mail I don’t have any complaints regarding the blouses I ordered.

This is a tricky review to write because the jeans and shorts from NYDJ are fabulous and I absolutely love them and the fit. However - do not buy from their website if you are in the UK. Twice I’ve ordered and there has been a lot of trouble with the order. The first time the sizing was wrong and I had to send them back (to the US )which I didn’t realise when I bought them in the first place). The second time the order just didn’t ever arrive!! On both occasions I had to wait an eternity and send several emails to get refunded.
Buy your NYDJs from John Lewis every time. Easy return process and hassle-free. Oh - and size down considerably. I’m a UK size 12 and a NYDJ size 4.
They are lovely jeans and shorts though and very well made.

I have worn NYDJ Marilyn straight leg jeans for years and find them excellent and long lasting.
I recently ordered the linen ones - the sizing was dreadful. My normal size was so large they were unwearable and I had to return them.
In order to give another side to the bad reviews, my experience was that my money was returned after 3 weeks but there was no communication during that time to acknowledge receipt which became a little worrying

What a complete joke. You think you are ordering from UK site as that’s the web address but lo and behold 2 weeks after ordering my tracking says Cyprus!

Purchased two pairs of jeans three weeks ago perfect fit perfect length. Purchased another pair to big, too long exact same style and size cannot get replies from nydj regarding return8ng they want too charge me 15USD to return a item that is clearly the wrong size on the label, also I received a commercial invoice that I have to return with the package I have emailed them four times now to ask what I do with the invoice do I put it in the parcel, or stick it on the outside, but not sure how I am supposed to do that as I am not a delivery company and don’t have clear envelopes to stick on parcels. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Great jeans, but don't buy online from NYDJ. If you're in the UK get them from John Lewis!
Terrible returns set up. I've had several email exchanges with customer services about returning the smaller if two pairs I bought.
No returns label in box. Because I appear to have purchased from their US site (even though prices in ££) the 'returns portal' requires an order reference number I haven't got on any email or paperwork and which cs are unable or unwilling to help with.
Having read other reviews about how long it all takes for refund I'm tempted to give up - which I presume is what NYDJ want. Disgusting contempt for customers. Avoid!

Very poor returns service. Have been waiting 3 weeks and NYDJ claim they have not received the items posted through their courier service (EVRI). It a shame as the jeans are great but their customer service is rubbish.

I love these jeans, they fit so beautifully and the denim is a lovely quality. Have had lots of compliments.

Ordered several pairs. Too big and now trying to get a refund. They say I need to have more than the email they used to send me confirmation, order number zip code. Not sure what else they want other than to KEEP MY MONEY. STAY CLEAR!!
