We want a stress-free life


We want a stress-free life, so it's important to get the fundamentals right – so we set up support teams of reliable specialists who will be there in a crisis and hang onto them for dear life, they are like gold dust! I am delighted with their service and can't recommend highly enough!

NTS recently serviced the PC that they had built for me 5 years ago. I am delighted with their service and can't recommend NTS highly enough!
They checked the components & cleaned the tower, updated the drivers and checked my external hard drives for faults (one had a lot of 'bad sectors' so they recommended backing up the info stored on the drive to somewhere else before the drive failed). They also did a home visit to check the wifi and updated the drivers on my husband's laptop. They also recommended & installed anti-virus software that was very much cheaper than the well-known brands.
All in all, this worked out far cheaper than buying a new PC. My computer gets a lot of heavy use so it says a lot about the quality of the components they used to build it in the first place!

Fantastic Service

Fantastic Service! I have used NTS 3 or 4 times since moving to Frome 8 years ago. They have rescued, repaired & revived my aging 2013 IMac 27” & MacBook, upgrading internal hard drives, ram & operating systems alongside the various repairs. All with a fast turn around & at a very reasonable cost. I heartily recommend them.

Great service! Fantastic work.

Dawn was very helpful and understanding. She has always fixed our laptops. She recently sorted out dreadful mess left by Norton and installed great virus protection for less money. She really knows how to fix problems. Totally recommend!

Have used Neil @ NTS for many years now…

Have used Neil @ NTS for many years now - very helpful and always trustworthy .
Goes out of his way to help and always fixed any problems I’ve had with laptops etc.
Dawn is also very helpful when Neil is out of office
Totally recommend this small , local and friendly company

So helpful to have a local firm nearby…

So helpful to have a local firm nearby to help with my computer requirements....
On this occassion I was able to drop my computer off at their office when I went away for the weekend - neccessary works were done whilst I was away and I picked it up on return.
