I am giving 1 star because of their terrible support system.
Even if they could not solve the issue immediately, it would not have felt this frustrating if their support was at least competent. They repeatedly asked for my email, phone number, and account details, claiming they could not find me in their system. Then a new support agent joined the email thread and asked me to explain everything again from the beginning, only to repeat the exact same process with no progress.
I have been passed around like this multiple times, explaining the same issue again and again. It feels like no one actually reads previous messages or takes responsibility. As of now, my problem is still unresolved.
This has been an extremely disappointing and exhausting experience.
Smooth registration
Smooth registration process and a clean, beautifully simple interface.
I’m expecting to receive my first payment next Monday and will update this review once I’ve ordered the card and used the app for a while.
Update: I received my first ACH payment and activated the virtual card, which costs a one-time fee of $1.99.
I linked the card to PayPal successfully, but I couldn’t add it to Apple Pay.
So far, so good though. The project seems promising and will definitely solve a lot of problems for Freelancers receiving money in USD or GBP.

It's one of my favourite apps now!
Nsave’s support and service in Bangladesh
Nsave’s support and service in Bangladesh are really great. I’ve never had any issues receiving or withdrawing payments. Both mobile wallet and bank transfers are almost instant, plus they offer incentives too.
Beware with nsave
Beware with nsave, My client is going to file a report with FTC and OCC against their fraudulent banking practices. I am seeing a lot of other people reporting this as well.
I was meant to receive 3 months of my salary in the nsave account but the ACH failed. After contacting support every agent provided different solutions, then they started asking for confirmation. The confirmation process took weeks and then nsave support said that this transfer cannot be processed. Now they are holding on to that money and refusing to refund. They have asked for a ton of verifications, all sorts of information about my client, and I have provided all the documents, but they are still refusing to refund. I can no longer send a msg to their support since they have turned off that option in my app, and they are only communicating via email, they take days to respond on email. All of this seems deliberate, and now when I looked up I am seeing this same complain by a lot of other people on reddit and other forums as well.
STAY AWAY FROM NSAVE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Great money solution for freelancers and beats PayPal and Payoneer.
Horrible platform
Horrible platform. I had an account with Nsave for 1 months, they are very deciptive, I recieved my legit translation business money on their account a total of 11K GBP, and they subjected me for 6 different reviews in which i submitted Customer invoices, and Customer chats, and of course my own personal credentials of working as a translator for OVER 11 Years. this wasn't enough for them, they decided to lock me out of my money, and Only when I started posting about them everywhere they gave me my money and closed my account without providing any kind of reason of explaination. after paying for their Pro, plan they just kicked me out.. be careful when using this platform.
I had a very bad experience with nsave
I had a very bad experience with nsave. My account was closed without clear explanation, and customer support was extremely slow and unhelpful throughout the process. Getting answers felt impossible, and there was no proper escalation or transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely on this platform for holding or investing their money.
It was absolutely splendid!
The experience has been good so far
The experience has been good so far. I like the speed of transactions. It's a cool app
For Pakistan it is so far the best…
For Pakistan it is so far the best option for Freelancers
It has literally zero cutting and no Hidden Fees
Everything is literally clear and upfront.
The difference between nsave and others Platforms is simple Others are Honest and nsave is Transparent they tell you upfront about everything.
Service
Till now they have been fulfilling my needs pretty good and if I had an issue they handle it professionally.. I have been using it for a year now and so far so good hopefully it keeps this way
Service Should not have been this bad for a new platform!
I am extremely disappointed wth nSave. I was told I would receive a 2.5% remittance incentive when withdrawing my nSave dollars. A small test transaction worked, but when I tried to withdraw a larger amount, the remittance never came through. When I contacted their team, they admitted there are issues with their banking partner. This is completely unacceptable, especially when real money is involved.
On top of that, their card service is unreliable. The card frequently fails to work, and when I receive a refund for a card purchase, the money does not return to my account, even after nearly two weeks. Every single time, I’m forced to open a support ticket and go through a long, exhausting process, repeatedly sharing details, just for them to manually credit the funds.
I honestly did not expect this level of incompetence from a new financial service provider. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful, and it has seriously damaged my trust in their platform.

The customer’s service and response is so swift and so helpful everytime !!
Great experience
I’ve been with nsave since they first started, and it’s been a great experience. Transactions are always smooth, fast, and reliable. Everything works seamlessly, and the support team is responsive and helpful.
