The worst experience of my life

The worst experience of my life! Never use their platform! My story began when I opened an account and received £300. They put my account under review for more than 40 days while holding the funds, even though they say the period should not exceed 30 days. When the day came for them to return the money to me, they sent me $300 instead of $396 (according to the market). According to their logic, if I borrowed 300 rupees from an Indian, I could return $300 to him (the same value with a currency change).

Funds received but no refund – very concerning experience

Funds received but no refund – very concerning experience

I had a very frustrating experience with Nsave that I feel compelled to share.

On March 29, I made a USDC deposit (Solana network) to my account, and the transaction was successfully received on their side. Everything seemed fine at first.

However, after several back-and-forth exchanges with their support team, I was suddenly informed that Algeria is an unsupported country for their crypto services. This was never clearly communicated beforehand, and yet my deposit was accepted without any issue.

They then stated that my funds would be refunded to my Binance account. The problem is that, as of today, I have received no proof that this refund has actually been initiated.

No transaction hash (TXID), no confirmation date, no destination wallet address — nothing.

This is extremely concerning. Holding customer funds without providing verifiable proof of a refund is not acceptable, especially in the crypto space where transparency is essential.

At this point, I am still waiting for:

- A valid TXID of the refund transaction
- Confirmation of when the refund was sent
- The wallet address used for the transfer

Until this is provided, I cannot consider this issue resolved.

I strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if you are located in a country that may not be supported. Accepting deposits and then refusing service afterward creates serious trust issues.

I hope Nsave resolves this quickly and provides the necessary proof.

They falsely reported my previous…

They falsely reported my previous review and removed it. But they are still a ridiculous fintech. They don't have a stable card or ACH account provider. They are now completely unable to provide these services. Only the wire transfer is available. They are clearly failing to provide what they promised. And they don't have any regret for it. They are just too busy to take down the negative reviews.

Very Poor Experience with nsave – 4 Weeks Without a Clear Resolution

My experience with nsave has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My issue began on 4 March 2026, and my account has now been under review for 4 weeks following an incoming transfer of £1,500. I provided all requested documents and explanations promptly and fully cooperated from the beginning. Despite this, I have still not received any meaningful update, clear decision, or proper timeline for resolution.

The most disappointing part is not the review itself, but the way the case has been handled. My account remains inactive and inaccessible, and I have repeatedly received generic, repetitive responses instead of any substantive communication. After weeks of waiting, I am still left without clarity on whether my account will be reactivated or permanently closed, and without a clear timeline for what will happen to my funds.

I understand that compliance checks may be necessary. However, keeping a customer’s account restricted for this long, while providing no meaningful update and no transparent resolution path, is simply unacceptable.

At this stage, this has become a very poor customer experience and has caused significant stress and frustration.

For privacy reasons, I am not sharing my full account details publicly, but I am happy to provide them directly if the company genuinely intends to investigate and resolve this matter.

UPDATE:
I have submitted a formal complaint and also contacted the Financial Ombudsman Service. They replied and confirmed that I must wait until 8 weeks have passed from the date of my formal complaint, or until I receive a final response, before I can formally submit the case with supporting documents.

Despite this ongoing process, my account remains inactive, I still have no clear decision, and I have not been given any proper timeline for resolution. This continued lack of transparency and meaningful communication is extremely disappointing.

Worst fintech experience – hidden traps and useless card

I tested nsave with a small amount and it turned into a complete waste of money.

I deposited around 10 USD and only about 6 USD actually showed up in my account after their fees and conversions.

Then I made another USDT (TRC20) deposit of 2.8102 USDT. Only after sending it, I discovered that they have a 5.2 USDT minimum. Instead of crediting it or refunding it, they simply told me that deposits below the minimum are “discarded” by their payment partner and cannot be refunded or manually credited. So that money is just gone.

Their Visa card is also practically useless for me. I tried to use it for normal online payments (ChatGPT, Google, subscriptions, etc.) and it keeps failing, so the card is just sitting there while I’ve wasted money on verification, deposits and tests.
Overall, this feels like a terrible user experience and extremely unfriendly policies for small users. Losing funds because of a hidden minimum and then being told nothing can be done is unacceptable. I will not be using nsave again and I do not recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable, transparent fintech solution.

They steal my clients' money. Blocked my account from accessing, even though it was in review. Email communication is not time-passing. It's around nearly 800 USD, they have. They put me in review. When i was commenting on their social media accounts, they blocked me from there also.

Extremely disappointed with Nsave’s…

Extremely disappointed with Nsave’s service.

My client sent me a payment via ACH on 27 February, and the money still hasn’t arrived. It has been many days already, and there has been absolutely no clear update from Nsave.

What is even more frustrating is that their support team is completely unresponsive. I have tried contacting them multiple times but received no reply at all. For a financial service that handles people’s money, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Right now my money is stuck somewhere and nobody from Nsave seems willing to explain what is going on. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in their service.

I’ve been using nsave from Algeria and…

I’ve been using nsave from Algeria and honestly I’m very impressed with the app. The service is smooth, reliable, and much better than most alternatives I have.
I also want to thank the support team for being fast and professional — that really makes a big difference and builds a lot of trust in the platform.
The only missing feature for me right now is an EUR account. Currently, it seems that only USD and GBP are available for Algerian users. If EUR support becomes available in the future, nsave would definitely become my primary financial app.
Great job so far, and I really hope to see EUR accounts added for Algerian users soon.
