Greg arranged a fabulous trip to Belfast for a long weekend, complete with recommendations for pubs to visit and sights to see outside of the city. I know that when I arrange a trip with Greg, every detail is taken care of - fast track tickets for the airport, private transfers (he knows I hate coaches!). Hotel he chose was perfect, really easy walking distance to the centre. Wouldn't want to arrange a holiday without using Greg now!

We used Joanna to organize a one-day safari in Nairobi. And she did an amazing job. The safari experience was amazing. And her help and support through the whole process was above and beyond our expectations. She even helped us out with parts of the holiday that we hadn't booked through her. In fact, I wished several times that we had booked the whole holiday through Joanna and we certainly will do in the future!

This experience was fabulous from the start, I discussed my wishes for my holiday with Nicola and very quickly she had put together the perfect bespoke package for us to Japan.
I have booked two other holidays through her and have been extremely happy with the price and the details.

I reached out to Nicky Morris 10 days before I had 2 weeks annual leave booked from work. Would never usually leave booking a holiday so last minute!
After sending a quick message one afternoon giving my dates, budget and a few options of destination, by lunchtime the following day, Nicky came back to me with 3 fantastic options of where to go, of which I would happily have chosen any of! Only a matter of hours later, we had booked and paid for the holiday and Nicky had sorted private transfers and even checked us in for our flights.
It was honestly the best experience, Nicky made it so stress free for us and I would definitely recommend using her services, she is so knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does!

First time booking through a travel advisor and Catherine Peat was so helpful from start to finish. On arriving at our hotel in Turkey in the middle of the night, there was a problem with our rooms. Messaged Catherine the next day and within a couple of hours the local rep had called to resolve it
Nice not to worry about getting seats together on the flights, coach transfers and the like and instead, just concentrate on enjoying the holiday
Would definitely recommend Catherine and would use her again.

We aren’t keen to research holidays and therefore the service provided by Nicola Holmes of Willow Escapes was brilliant for us. She understands our requirements and ensures that they are adhered to. She organised a holiday to Paris in September 2025 and we were in a delightful boutique hotel just off the Champs Elysees which made it very central for us to explore from. The second holiday that she arranged for us was in May 2026 when she found a great hotel in St Brelades Bay in Jersey. Everything went smoothly on both occasions and she kept us informed about timings , processes and payments due. We would highly recommend her services which is proved by the fact that our son has also used her for holidays.

Kate Mills organised our trip to Australia last November for the Ashes and sorted out all the 'hiccups' with complete efficiency, from changes in flights to sourcing accommodation in a 'full' Adelaide. She gave us alternatives, found great experiences during our time away and kept an eye on our budget. We will definitely be using her again for the next big trip!

Our first cruise made so easy by Gemma at not just travel. Booked everything we requested just as we requested it. Kept in contact with us, at no point did I feel I couldn’t contact her if need be. She made our holiday extra special.

Holidays by Kate booked a trip to New York for my wife and me in April this year. It was planned as a surprise for my wife's birthday, so all the communication had to be done while she was not around. Kate was amazingly patient about all this, and asked for all the right information for me to supply. She was also incredibly efficient with it all, and booked flights, hotel and attractions that were absolutely no problem at all. Everything she booked went off with no hitches whatsoever.
The hotels she booked, both at Heathrow before the flight and in New York, were of a high standard and contributed to a very nice experience. The events she booked for us were also very good, and well worth going to.
I can thoroughly recommend Kate to book your holiday in a professional, quick way with no hassle.

Warren at Grundy Travel Group helped arrange our trip to Japan, including excursions and events for us to do. The hotels were lovely and the locations were fantastic. The excursions had informative guides and everything was on time. All for a great price. I wouldn’t not hesitate to use Grundy Travel again and would recommend them to everybody.

Absolutely amazing Service from Kate Parkyn.
I booked only a couple of weeks before and she found me a very good deal. She was very responsive very quickly and I found her Service to be warm friendly professional and just she went above and beyond to get the holiday I wanted for my family and I that we say greatly needed.
Further to this, she continues to reach out to me via my email and calling me to to make sure everything was more than satisfactory. We booked our holiday 2 weeks before we wanted to go and we wanted to go at the beginning of the summer holidays so we weren't if what we wanted was even doable! But we messaged Elliot and he sorted everything within a day of me messaging him, he made the process so simple and easy and he manged to fit in everything we wanted and more into our holiday! We had an amazing holiday and would recommend them to anyone!
