We had a fantastic experience with Sejal, who helped us plan our family holiday to Mauritius. From the very beginning, she took the time to really listen to our requirements and made sure everything was arranged exactly as we wanted.

She went above and beyond to liaise with the hotel and ensure all the necessary arrangements were in place. What really stood out was her level of care and attention throughout the whole trip - she even followed up with us after we landed to make sure everything was okay, and then checked in again once we returned home.

The service was excellent from start to finish, and it made the whole holiday planning process so easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend Sejal and would happily use her again for our future travels. Thank you, Sejal!

Mac Travel were able to design our holiday around our wishes and put together an excellent package. We were able to add to this when we needed and our queries, however small and daft, were dealt with professionally and quickly. They kept in touch throughout the booking and travelling times to make sure everything was running smoothly. The holiday of a lifetime for 10 people that lived up to expectations.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Elliot from Not Just Travel enough! We had no idea where we wanted to go or what we were looking for, so we gave Elliot a small brief of what we wanted from our first family holiday abroad, and he found us the perfect place in Lanzarote. 🌴✈️

The hotel was absolutely perfect for us and our toddler — it had everything we needed and more. Elliot took care of everything for us, from arranging our flights and checking us in, to booking the hotel and organising our transfers. We genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing!

He was always so communicative and helpful, and having the peace of mind that he was just a message away if we needed anything while we were away was brilliant.

We also arrived at the hotel to a lovely little letter from Elliot and Bethan, which was such a thoughtful personal touch and really made us feel looked after. ❤️

We had such a lovely first family holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be booking our next holiday through Elliot and Not Just Travel! 🌞🌴

Another holiday booked with Tailored Trips and another 5* service! This time it was VEGAS, I sent Vikki dates, our plans and budget and she did the rest! Flights, hotel, private taxi transfers to and from the airport to the hotel. Hotel was perfect, the location was cracking and the price very reasonable. Using Tailored Trips this year has taken the stress out of finding that perfect holiday, and enabled us to just rock up and enjoy all that has been planned. Going forward Vikki & Katie will absolutely be my go to ladies for any future holidays and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to use them for a stress free holiday :)

We honestly can’t recommend Warren enough! He took all the stress out of booking our family holiday and organising everything, making the whole process so easy from start to finish.
We originally had a specific hotel in mind, but Warren listened to exactly what we wanted and recommended somewhere even better. The hotel was perfect for our family, with kids’ clubs, water parks, mini golf, pedlows and so much more all on site. The kids absolutely loved it, and the all-inclusive food and choice of restaurants were amazing too!
The area was so family-friendly and felt really safe. Warren was always on hand, whether we had questions about check-in, wanted to look at changing our flights, or just had a silly little question. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
He went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday, and we’re so grateful. We’ll definitely be booking with Warren again! ✈️☀️❤️

I have just returned from a Canadian trip organised by Steve and Debbie Spencer, based in West Yorkshire. Wow! They are simply amazing at what they do and are a credit to the industry. In all my years travelling, I have never been looked after as well and never worked with a better travel agent. I can't praise their service enough and would highly recommend them. There is absolutely no way that I would now consider booking with anyone else. Amazing throughout!

From start to finish, Tony Good has provided a 5* service. From suggesting a wonderful resort in the Maldives, to the flight choices, an airport lounge upgrade and checking in for us to the flight. What a fabulous service and one I’d absolutely recommend 💯. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Tony - your attention has been much appreciated and valued.

Zoe Harmer was fabulous from start to finish. I tasked Zoe with a large group booking for a wedding in Greece with lots of differing travel needs. Zoe done absolutely everything for us and I could not be more greatful for her help. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again with Zoe.

Julia was great and so helpful at organising a once in a lifetime trip with my mum to Canada to travel through the Rocky Mountains from Calgary to Vancouver. We had a few things we had to check whilst we were there which was a fault on my part not hers and she was really helpful in sorting it out for us.

She found us a fantastic deal and make the booking process really smooth, ensuring we got the cabin in the right location and the package right for us. The entertainment, food, and day trips in Norway made it such a unique holiday and one we'll never forget.

Cath Bracegirdle and Emma Washington provided a great service from booking flights to transfers and accommodation. We had a lovely, stress free holiday in a villa in Mallorca. We would highly recommend their company and Not Just Travel and would definitely use their services again.

We booked our dream road trip, Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans, with Ellie Parkinson and we could not have had a more perfect experience. ☺️ From discussing ideas and hotel options before booking within our budget and helping us understand car hire (we’ve never hired a car before), to pre-travel check-ins/reminders, to our on-holiday support, Ellie was on hand every step of the way and made it all stress-free.

We had some issues in resort with an unexpected cancelled hotel reservation (hotel’s error) and some problems with our car hire and incorrect deposits charged (again, car hire company error), Ellie was an absolute star and was always on hand to resolve everything for us. I genuinely had no idea that booking with an independent travel agent meant we would get this much support! I don’t know what we’d have done without Ellie.

Thank you Peter & Laurelle for organising another fantastic holiday for us! You made everything so simple and easy and were ready to help throughout. Even with arranging a refund for the extra taxi fare I had to pay due to flight delays. Yes it is possible to book holiday ourselves but your help and guidance and being there to help is priceless and takes out all the worry when planning a holiday. Thank you!

Just got back from the trip of a lifetime to Sri Lanka. This is the first time I have used NJT and can’t recommend Becky Moss enough. I gave her a vague brief and the itinerary she put together was exactly what we were looking for, we didn’t change a thing. This was the first time we have used a service like this as I usually stress myself out and do it myself however Karl & Rachel @Not Just Travel took all of that stress away.
I was quite specific on what we wanted and we were not disappointed.
Absolutely beautiful 5* hotel in Greece, one of the nicest we have been to.
I couldn't log onto my booking for some reason however one quick message and the following day it was resolved.
Looking forward to booking next year's holiday soon.

Simon Thompson helped us book our honeymoon and really took the stress away! We had to change destinations due to health warnings and he made it so simple and came up with alternate destinations and rebooked very quickly. The hotel we ended up staying at was amazing we couldn’t fault it at all, he sorted private transfers so that we could get to the hotel with no waiting around and messaged during the trip making himself available if we needed him! Will definitely be booking through him again!
