I tried to get warranty support, and no one responded.

I've tried the "Contact Us" form, which errors whenever a picture is attached.

Once I figured that out, I submitted a request and never got an answer.

Then I went to the twitter account, and it never replied either.

I bought a pair of Northwave snowboard boots and the speed lace broke the first time I wore them. I know these things can happen but 4 emails later I have not received a solution from Northwave. All I want is a new lace sent to me. None of the shops near me stock their product. I snowboard at least twice a week and have had to do so with a loose boot for a month now. I like the Northwave products this is my second pair of boots from them and I have bought their cycling equipment however the customer service is appalling, they have had the proof of purchase and photographs of the problem and 4 emails from me and a month later have not offered a solution.

Went for a test ride in them they seem comfortable and a good fit. Good price for a pair of shoes cycling to and from work.

I was not able to ask a question prior to purchasing. I attempted to use the contact us section on your website however every time I submitted the request I was blocked by a cloudflare security. It stated I was attempting a SQL injection attack. There was no way for me to continue and ask a question or report an issue with cloudflare blocking me. This is completely unacceptable customer service being unable to ask a question, or request a way to report an issue with your cloudflare security service.

Good quality and can snatch up a deal now an again. Great product photography online for the jerseys. I wish there were more details in the product descriptions though. In the past, I could not tell how thin or thick the material would be or if it was fleece lined of not.

Delivery was right on time, the product was exactly what I needed, and I even found the price acceptable. What I do not appreciate, however, is that I am not given the option to choose normal transport and have to opt for the much too expensive express shipment. The winter sports season is over for me, so I can wait an extra week for my stuff.

Handling of the order along with shipping of the ordered "Veloce Extreme" very fast.
After receiving the shipment, looking at and trying on the shoes, I can say that they make a solid impression.
Screwing the blocks, training (for now on the trainer due to weather conditions and the season) - the shoes lie on the feet stably and securely.
For longer use, especially in outdoor conditions, I still have to wait.
