Absolutely superb experience at North Oxford Motorrad from start to finish (which incidentally was just 72hrs from taking the test ride to riding away on my beautiful R1250 GS TE Triple Black)!

Elektra made me feel incredibly welcome and calmly put a great deal together for me, including the part exchange of my old bike. Everything she said she would do…she did well, without any prompting.

Collection of my new bike was handled by Rian who, again, was friendly & welcoming, yet thoroughly professional from start to finish.

North Oxford isn’t actually my nearest Motorrad dealer but it’s most definitely the one I’d choose to visit again - first class!!

I have had a second excellent experience at BMW, North Oxford. Having already bought a S1000RR I decided to trade it in for a GS Adventure for a European Tour I was planning. Elektra and Seb were excellent making the process super easy and enjoyable. Both went the extra mile on advice and customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I don’t usually write online reviews but I wanted to highlight the outstanding experience I had recently at North Oxford BMW Motorrad. I’ve been riding bikes for over thirty years and, in the past, found that some dealerships can feel a bit pushy and more interested in making the sale than whether I was happy with my purchase. However I’m pleased to report that this wasn’t the case when dealing with Elektra. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all the questions I had, but she really made me feel confident with my bike purchase. Highly recommended and give that lady a raise! A+

A friend had purchased from North Oxford Motorrad previously, so, I had a degree of confidence. This was a distance sale and Electra was my first point of contact. Absolutely first class service and excellent comms. I was looked after all the way through the purchase and when the bike arrived to its new home in Scotland it was spotless and first class. Excellent experience.
I called in to North Oxford Motorrad spontaneously, whilst accompanying a friend who was purchasing a bike from another dealer. I had seen a bike advertised on bike trader previously and thought I would take a look whilst I was in the vicinity. Unfortunately the bike was not there as they keep many second hand bikes off site (if you are going to see a specific bike consider making an appointment). Elektra in sales however arranged for the bike to be brought over whilst we went to pick up the Ducati. An hour or so later we returned and the bike was there, I then did the unthinkable… I bought it!!! The sales team offered me a good price for my part exchange. A week later my BMW was delivered and my part exchange collected from Cheshire. Excellent service throughout from a very informative, knowledgeable and non-pushy sales person.

I must say that even although this was a distance sale, all has went really well. Also excellent service from the delivery driver, who took as much time as I required going over the workings of my new bike. I really appreciated his input. The salesman sent a video of the bike I was purchasing, and was very helpful.

I was thoroughly impressed with my recent experience purchasing from BMW North Oxford. Elektra was tremendously helpful, and by very readily arranging test rides allowed me to make the best decision. The entire team have a positive attitude and are more than willing to assist, while the overall service was exemplary.

I’ve already recommended North Oxford to my motorcycling mates. From the first phone call with Elektra, to the bike exchange less than a week later, everything went smoothly. My p/ex was valued via photos, the offer was very good, and the communication before and during handover was super.

I recently PX'd my beloved Norton Commando 50th Anniversary for a more up to date Triumph Speed Triple. Even though both bikes are not BMW branded bikes, the transition of the deal was executed by Elektra to the highest of standards. Top class comms via emails and telephone calls secured the deal. On the day of the exchange, everything was done perfectly.
This is my second PX deal with Oxford Motorrad and would highly recommend the dealership and inviting staff to anyone looking to secure their next deal.
