While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Weluma Labs provides eligible U.S. households with a comprehensive, mail-in tap water screening analysis. While most homeowners rely on generic municipal water reports or basic at-home test strips—which offer limited insight into the exact water quality inside a specific home—Weluma Labs offers a rigorous, lab-processed alternative using a sample collected directly from the kitchen tap. Participants request a specialized collection kit online, fill the sample bottle according to the detailed instructions, and return it by mail. Return shipping is the participant’s responsibility and is not covered under the initial kit provision. Once the sample arrives at the laboratory, it undergoes a screening process across essential water-quality markers, including lead, nitrate, fluoride, iron, manganese, total dissolved solids (TDS), and hardness. Detailed analysis reports are delivered securely via email within 3 to 5 business days of the laboratory receiving the sample. Each tested marker is presented with its exact measured value, unit of measurement, and a clear benchmark comparison against established health-based or aesthetic reference levels, allowing participants to easily identify which results are typical and which may require further attention. This initiative is part of an ongoing residential water-quality mapping project and is currently available in select regions based on laboratory processing capacity and household eligibility.
