Great service and friendly staff.
Had a van on hire which developed an issue. After calling the branch I was quickly given an appointment the next morning and provided an equivalent vehicle too which was great as I had work to complete over that weekend. The service at reception and during my handovers was excellent, Irene and Jules were both very helpful.

Brilliant service at all levels
Huge shout out to the staff at Northgate Blaydon! Hired a car from there - Jules and Irene handled the booking and handover extremely pleasantly and efficiently, and even the Manager (Bobby) made time to talk to myself and other customers waiting.
A small technical issue occurred with the vehicle an hour into the journey - one phone call was all it took for a plan to be put in place for me to divert to the nearest branch for inspection and rectification - again handled very quickly and professionally by the staff at Leeds.
Overall a very good experience again with this branch - thoroughly recommended.

Great service
My work van has been in and out of the garage over the last two months and thanks to Jules and Irene, it has been bearable. They’re both great to have a laugh with and do their job with a big smile on their faces. Can’t fault the front of house team!
