Excellent service
Quick delivery, excellent service. Website stated gig bag was included although it actually wasn’t supposed to be, was phoned on the day and told that a bag would be included anyway free of charge. Ukulele arrived the next day with a great quality padded bag, seller went above and beyond as far as I was concerned, delighted with the item and the service, can’t recommend highly enough.

Pre-owned Martin
Bought a superb pre-owned Martin from them and I had purchased a used Gibson 335 a few years ago. It was as described in the listing, promptly dispatched and received the next day. Excellent guitars and first class service from them.

Another Satisfied Customer
Great service from the chaps at Steven James Guitars in Saltburn today. I had my eye on an Epiphone "Lucille" for some time and I had the opportunity to play it without any pressure for a good hour yesterday. Said I'd sleep on it overnight and phoned this morning to make arrangements to collect. In the meantime the guitar was checked over and restrung with my choice of strings and they made me as fair offer on a part-exchange too.
Highly recommended. Good price, great service, nice chaps.
