I purchased the Eko guitar which has a beautiful warm sound with Aquilla nylegut strings. I like the instrument very much and love the sound,

It was shipped with only one set of strings which were on the instrument as a spare set was advertised but was not shipped and niether was the nlow tuner which I did not recieve.

I am still happy with the instrument which has exceeded my expectations

Such a treat to be able to visit an old-school guitar shop with plenty of gear and a little practice room set up to allow the trying out of guitars, pedals, amps etc in privacy, without being self-conscious about anyone else hearing you play.

The guys in the shop were super-helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Shops like this are a real treasure for anyone on the lookout for decent kit and professional guidance - highly recommended.

I think the measure of a company is what they do when something goes wrong. I recently had an amp in for repair and wasn't happy with the result. There was an issue to resolve and all the staff I spoke to were very helpful including ringing me back with suggestions to help me find the fault. The next morning the manager rang me back and agreed that the amp was not at fault and gave me a part refund. I am very pleased and I can't recommend this shop highly enough. They are brilliant.

Excellent shop for instruments, parts, servicing & even tutoring. I've bought three guitars from them & many accessories. I've had guitars serviced & set up & every time the customer service has been exemplary.

Ordered a left-handed entry level Tanglewood for my daughter online. The packaging was robust and the multi-point pre-dispatch checklist included, provided additional peace of mind. The guitar itself is excellent, was well priced and the free postage was much appreciated. 10 out of 10 all day long!

I took my Jackson SDX Adrian Smith signature model guitar in for repair.
The neck pickup wasn’t working and I had accidently put a dent in the underside of neck.
I’m extremely pleased with the repair. The neck now plays like new and the pickup sings again.
The repair was completed in good time, and the cost was very reasonable.
I’d highly recommend The Music Bank in Knaresborough for anyone needing any work like this done. I will be trusting them with my guitars in the future.
