My guitar arrived a couple of days after I ordered it, it was well packaged and although it hasn't made me able to play like Kirk Hammett, it was already tuned and ready to play straight from the box and it sounds amazing.

I bought a second hand guitar from another company a while ago, after trying to learn to play I just couldn't get it to sound right. I took it to these guys and they had it serviced, restrung and looking new within days! Now it sounds absolutely brilliant, and I am finally getting to learn. I Couldn't recommend them enough, friendly and very knowledgeable.

This shop is a really lovely welcoming place. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and my guitar obsessed son is always made to feel welcome to stay as long as he wants. We have made a few purchases here and I'm sure will continue to do so for as long as he keeps playing guitar 🎸 😀

Having bought an Aria fretless acoustic bass from "elsewhere" I popped in for some flat wound strings, a strap and locking nuts. A bit cheeky I know but the guys could not have been more friendly, helpful and informative.
Even when I returned later due to my being unable to stop the string pegs popping out they were not phased. Made me realise I should have gone to them first!!
