It’s revealing how a company views a life long customer after my negative experience with their product.

I’ve purchased multiple supplements from NAHS throughout the years with no previous complaints. However, after recently purchasing Turmeric both on 3rd party site and through the NAHS site I had a reaction to it.

Contacted customer service in attempt to resolve. Took 3 weeks to get a response from someone. Additionally, they refused to provide a refund or provide a credit because the product was not considered defective.

I was told nothing changed and that I developed an allergy rather than providing the benefit of the doubt. This shows they’re willing to lose a long time customer over a bottle of their product which makes it obvious they’re more interested in being “right” to protect their profits.

So happy to see BlackSeed/Oregano Gummies back in stock and I ordered 2. I take two a day and know they are really important to good health. Easy way to take these two instead of liquid drops. Shipping was perfect !

They changed the formula and added in sweetener and flavors which negates the reason I was loyal to this product.

The shampoo didn't lather it also felt horrible after I rinsed everything out made my hair fill heavy and weighed down like a film was on it

Good products and efficient service. I especially liked the Purely-C, Oreganol, and Clovanol products.

The only issue I experienced was with the Oreganol bottle. The dropper cap seemed to be defective, and after opening it for the first time, it became difficult to close properly. From then on, it was always hard to tighten the cap.

It would be great if you could improve the bottle design or the dropper cap to make it easier to close. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Shipping was fast. PINE POWER is very powerful. Got rid of my bloated tummy. This is my second bottle, I will order again it is good stuff.

The nasal spray is fantastic…. But beware,,, it could make you feel your brain burning!!
