NORDICWARE NON STICK WOK 14”. THE COATING PEELS OFF EASILY AND IS VERY HEAVY. Now I can’t use it, otherwise the coating will mix with your food. It’s a negative 10 rating for me.
Received a set of pans for a Christmas gift. A couple baking sheets/pans had some minor dents but the biggest issue is that the coating on the large baking sheet has started sloughing off after about 10 uses.
I love the evenness of the baking but they are way too expensive to be having this issue only 4 months into using it so I wouldn’t recommend buying them.
While initially they tried to deny a not-well-made product, they eventually made it right and offered a return for a defective factory reject/second. I do not recommend the stainless steel kabob as it is too thin and flexible, and does not sit flat, a huge departure from their sturdy and durable aluminum baking sheets. I was very satisfied with all the other aluminum bakeware I bought in the order.
