Inconsistent product quality
I bought a set of round glass bowls, 2 of them chipped after a couple of uses.
Then the 9 cups coffee maker that supposedly highly rated on Wirecutter has rust on the screw where hot water passes before it drips into the coffee grounds.
I have emailed the company and waiting for response.
OXO responded. Had to submit pictures and video of the coffee maker.
They did send a replacement for coffee maker and bowl.

Terrible Quality & Pitiful Customer Service
I purchased a $225 coffee grinder that quit working properly within two years. They sent a replacement that soon quit working in the exact same way as the first one. OXO then refused to stand behind their product & would not replace it. Ultimately OXO has absolutely pitiful customer service and terrible quality products. I will never buy from them again after being a frequent customer for years.
Bad chinese product
I have been using just for short time a manual slicer. It does not work anymore and not because it has some difect but just becsuse it is manufactured badly. It is really a very bad product, unusable. In other words, IT IS CHINESE
Horrible customer service
They ripped us off and lied to us. Ordered several items online. Got email saying the items had been sent to Fedex for delivery; Fedex said they were waiting to receive the items. This went on for over a week. Got no response from Oxo to our first email. Live chat was a bust--wouldn't send call to a live person. Thought it couldn't get worse--until I called and got said live person. Anthony finally acknowledged that the items were still sitting in their warehouse (despite email to the contrary!) but said there was nothing he could do. Wouldn't expedite, wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor, wouldn't let me cancel the order--nothing! Granted the weather has been awful, but a rep who just keeps blaming G-d for the delay does nothing to help a customer who is out a considerable sum of money with nothing to show for it.
I love the OXO products, my wwhole kitchen is full of them.
I do all the cooking at my house and my wife cleans up.
All of my kitchen gadgets are OXO, and I have well over 40 OXO gadgets.
Their warranty is rock solid. I have needed replacement on several items as they ages out, but OXO stands behind their product.
I highly recommend their kitchen utensils.

I have spent the last 2 weeks emailing customer support and most recently the corporate personnel requesting the information to return unused items as they are not the quality I expected. I thought this was a reputable company but their tactics are very sketchy. I will filing a complaint with BBB, my credit company, X, the attorney general and any other source to highlight the injustices with this company
OXO replaced a spiralizer two years…
OXO replaced a spiralizer two years after we bought it due to a faulty suction cup. My wife loves this thing. It was easy to work with them and they communicated very well.

I have used their products in the past and they are good quality. Ordering direct was a mistake though. Fedex misdelivered the package. Support takes 2 business days to respond. They asked me to fill out a claim before reshipping but the instructions didn't work. I researched it as well and see no way for a recipient to file a claim again this carrier. Like other reviews have said, good products, but poor support and shipping.

Shipping complaint
Shipping complaint from online store - they literally dump products in oversized boxes with no padding or protection. Zero care is put into the shipping. Items keep arriving dented and/or with scratches. They use the thinnest box possible and no packing materials. Clearly do not care about their customers or products and it shows in their sloppy/cheap shipping. Will not be purchasing again.
Poor Design Broom & Dustpan Set
Broom and dustpan set poorly designed. Doesn't go together easily and when hung slides down. Over engineered junk?
Not the same quality anymore Bought oxo salad spinner 20 years ago…
Bought oxo salad spinner 20 years ago and it still works great. Bought a sponge and dish soap holder recently for kitchen sink and there is no grip on the bottom which you need by a sink! Bought a hand held cheese grater and the plastic handle broke 1st time use. The items are made to cheaply now. Will not buy or trust oxo anymore.

I have a very old container, which started letting moisture in. I contacted OXO Customer Services, who were very responsive. A couple of emails and an exchange of information and a new container is being sent out to me. An actual Lifetime Guarantee on their products. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

The OXO snap lock can opener absolutely…
The OXO snap lock can opener absolutely does not work well. To open an eight ounce can of tomato sauce I had to reset the snap lock about 6 times! The gears just don’t stay aligned! I just purchased this opener within the last week. I’m so very disappointed.
