What a waste...
I had shopped on their swedish website during the holiday deals. One was shop for 1000 kr and get a gift. I received no gift. I sent an email and they haven't gotten back to me. The deal was on a brand name called Elizabeth Arden. Either of them are responsible IDK! I wish I did know what went wrong but oh they haven't answered me so I DON'T KNOW.

Never got my package
Never got my package, it was a parfume that was a present. It cost a lot. I know that i got e mails from them veflre but now ALL E MAILS WERE GONE in my history🤨. It gives me a feeling that i have been scamed. If i can’t have the parfume at least give me my money back! SO UNPTOFESIONAL. I don’t recomend to anyone.

Didn't receive my goods
Didn't receive my goods, seems like PostNord couldn't deliver it - even if, I received an e-mail from PostNord stating that the driver would call me - never did - and when I followed up with PostNord Customer Service told me that my phone number was not visible for the driver.
Nordic Feel just said couldn't deliver, even I wanted to - when I finally got my refund, it was reduced with the cost of transportation, which I think is unreasonable.
Make a long story short, I believe that I'm a reasonable and loyal customer - but it seems like, I'm not an interesting customer for Nordic Feel, so I have unsubscribed from all marketing, and will not return as a customer again....

Unfortunately you didn´t register a Swedish number for you order and Postnord cant notify you then. The notications was sent to your email according to postnord. We can of course credit the delivery cost this time, hope you are happy with this solution.
