Once you pay the instructions come in the email and it’s easy to set it up. The price for Turkey was the best I could find. It worked perfectly.

Disappointing service
The connection kept dropping. I had to constantly restart my phone or place it in and out of airplane mode. It was a very frustrating experience. I do not recall having these issues last year when I used a Nomad esim.

Excellent eSIM
Excellent eSIM. I bought the regional plan covering Singapore, Malaysia and Borneo, and it worked flawlessly throughout the entire trip. Activation was quick and easy, and from the moment I landed it connected seamlessly.
I used it for everything—Google Maps, WhatsApp, browsing, booking activities, emails, and uploading photos and videos and it never let me down. It was so much easier than swapping SIM cards or worrying about roaming charges.
I'll definitely be using Nomad again on future trips and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone travelling around Southeast Asia.

The esim worked exceptionally well once it got activated but I did have issues with it not working initially.
I switched it on once I arrived at my destination airport but it wouldn't work. I had to wait till I got to my daughter's house and she eventually managed to get it working. I'm not sure what the issue was.
