Problems activating every sim card we…
Problems activating every sim card we purchased (4 of them). And once they worked, the latency and bandwidth are very bad. To the point I could not send the screenshots support requested with the sim card that worked to troubleshoot the issues with those that did not work.
For some reason, our french and Belgian sim cards got mixed up, with the french ones being (automatically) configured with the Belgian settings and the Belgian ones configured with the french settings. We had to use the SFR sims with SFR provider settings in Belgium, and the other way around for Proximus.
