Poor customer service

ordered dress, arrived but too small on the bust, can't go for bigger size as already loose on the waist so had to return. They charge £5 for delivery and then £4 to "process" the return so £9 to try on a dress! Won't be using them again

AVOID THIS company and look at the hundreds of people like me who have not recieved items , been charged and and then cannot get a reply from customer service in any way shape or form - this company won’t exist in a few years as it’s the last appalling customer service I have EVER had from a brand - DO NOT ORDER

Defect product and refund refused

Ordered a pair of suede ballet flats and wore them for work. By the end of the day the soles had deteriorated and the top layer scuffed away, revealing a sticky under-layer. I contacted customer services with photos of the fault and they responded saying that this is consistent of general wear and tear, refusing to refund me for the shoes. These shoes look like I've been wearing them for 6 months, not 1 day! I am extremely unhappy and forced to raise a dispute with PayPal. I will think twice before shopping here again.

Extremely poor refund approach so be careful. Returned products over 10 days ago and have just received an acknowledgment saying it will take a further 10 days for the funds to appear on my account. The funds did appear in my account yesterday and then disappeared again. I am very worried that I will not get a refund but have the email acknowledgment but feels like they are holding on to refunding money for as long as possible.

Clothes were nice but just not for me

Good returns process

I made a return but the parcel was returned to me (a mistake by Royal Mail, not NC). I logged a complaint on Sunday night and got a response the same evening from the care team, who extended the returns period and made sure I could resubmit the parcel. Very impressed

WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN.I…

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN. AVOID if you are likely to be returning items, it is not worth the time or hassle. I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress- Cobolt Blue Pamela Maxi Dress. I went to return the size 8 at my local post office only for the QR code to disappear off my phone as I handed it to the staff to scan. The QR code just pops up when you complete the returns process- it is not sent to your email address. Unfortunately I'm not very good technically so I didn't take a photo or do a screenshot of the QR code. The system will not create a new QR code given it is saying the item has already been returned. It is now 5 - or possibly even more emails later and I still dont have a new QR Code to return the item. Unfortunately when I placed the order I hadn't realised that it had saved another family members email address as the order email address. I realised after the order had been processed and I did try to change it but it wouldn't let me do this. I then tried to cancel the order so I could reorder the items with my email address. I thought I would cancel it within the company's 15 minute cancellation window but unfortunately this didn't work. Subsequently via email, both my sister and I have provided the order reference number, both our email addresses and we are just going round in circles. They are saying they don't know the items details that are to be returned, or recognise the email address which is bizarre. We have given you the order reference number, my sister's email address, my name, my name as it appears on my payment card that paid for the order, my home address where my payment card is registered and where the items were delivered to. As for not recognising which items are to be returned- I only ordered 1 item in 2 different sizes and we have both told you it is the size 8 that is to be returned and provided the order reference number. How can you not know the items details??? Totally fed up with them giving me the runaround. You cannot talk to an actual 'human being' who would probably have resolved it straightaway. I will never ever order from this company again.

The customer service is terrible

The customer service is terrible. I ordered a dress and the money was taken straight away. Royal Mail contacted me 4 says later to say my order was being returned to Nobody's Child for some reason! Have emailed many times and get a generic response. No help and have to keep repeating the problem! Very disappointing that they treat their customers like that!

All 3 items ordered returned

All 3 items ordered returned. €9 shipping and I had to pay €16 to send everything back. Not one single item looked how it did in the photos. The tops are weirdly cropped short. The shorts were very heavy for summer, and unflattering. Won’t be buying again.

I bought £300 worth of clothes and shoes.
clothes were lovely, but shoes were uncomfy and cheap feeling. Then I realised I had to pay £15 to return the shoes and couldn't combine them into one parcel to save on costs. This is not clear in the policy at all.

This company has got bigger and sadly not kept up

This company has got bigger and sadly cannot keep up. You used to be able to speak to customer service on the phone.
I paid for next day delivery £8 on an order as i wanted it to go away. I received an email to say it was delivered but the picture was not my house. I emailed them straight away. 5 days later they got back to me. Now they have provided me with coordinates of the location and expect me a week later to knock on all the doors in the area to locate the parcel.

Poor customer service

So disappointed with Nobody's child. I've been using them for years and luckily been happy with every purchase. Unfortunately I received a necklace from them, absolutely tangled and unable to be used. Bear in mind I paid extra for next day delivery for an event and was unable to wear this. I had to argue over email to be able to return this, I understand the no jewellery return policy, but this was received unusable. It was so delicate I was conscious if I tried to further detangle it, then it would break. I finally was able to return this. I wasn't offered the opportunity to exchange, I won't get the premium delivery cost refunded. I've still not received my refund. Unfair that I've lost out on money because of this.

Return costs well over 40 and complex from Germany. This is not indicated on website until you actually have to return items. Sizing varies across different styles. Fabric quality also nowhere near as good as I would have expected for the price/ brand.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Bought a petite size 6 (Too big) so their sizing is wrong. Paid £9 in total to return. Ordered a size 4 petite which had a wonky hem and threads all hanging off. In total I have spent £14 to get a dress that fits but is wonky. Customer services were good about the hem but when I contacted them about the cost of two deliveries and one return they did not respond.

I ordered a dress size 8 and paid a delivery fee. The dress was ridiculously big my 6 month pregnant daughter in law found it too big even for her. I sent them a photo of me in it and returned it. They now want me to pay return postage and 8 days later I haven’t received my refund or a response to my complaint and request for a full refund including postage. Do not trust this company’s sizing

I would never order from Nobody's Child…handling fees

I would never order from Nobody's Child again because of the return handling fee. I purchased something for £33 and was charged a £4 handling fee. I paid a £5 delivery fee to collect the item from a street box when I specifically requested a home delivery. That's £9 for an item I just tried on and returned. NEVER AGAIN

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service, dress was too big, the returns portal wasnt working for me so I emailed them for almost 2 weeks asking for a returns label or phone call. They kept asking me for my order number which I kept giving them. They said couldnt locate it or my email address. I sent them screenshots of my order confirmation number, my paypal payment, credit card statements but then got ignored. I have raised dispute with paypal and Resolver so lets see what happend.
