I have ordered my son’s shorty cabin bed with mattress and I received the bed on the prearranged day, but the delivery driver didn’t have the mattress. 4 days later and lots of back & forth with the company I’m still waiting for my sons mattress, which has been super inconvenient.
Based on my experience I’d not buy from them again.

The bed arrived in such a small box and with such small light pieces, that I was skeptical at first. However, the bed put together fairly easy with all the tools provided and was sturdy enough. My only complaint is that it is a little low in height but it fits perfectly into the small box room I bought it for and does the job it is intended for.

Mattress was delivered rolled up for easy delivery and transport. Also on time as specified. You need to open it ip and air it out to all to swell to its intended size. The Mattress fits the Otis bed perfectly and on initial use I have found it soft and comfortable. It also has a Mattress protection you can remove and wash.

Excellent company. Item was sent in super quick time. The bed is great quality and exactly what our son needs as a step up from cot bed to single bed.

Products that are good quality and very well thought out for stylish family living. We bought a desk and it came well packaged and was easy to assemble. The painted finish was lovely and smooth. It feels very durable and great quality to withstand being in a child’s bedroom.

We ordered the Gustav Folding Dining Table with Drawer in Classic White. We’re really happy with our purchase. It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy. We have a small one bedroom flat, so the fact that it folds was a key selling point. Delivery was quick too.

Bought a wooden daybed, was the cheapest I could see (had hunted around a lot) and it arrived quickly. Was really easy to put together, full instructions provided and boxes all numbered clearly. Really impressed with the service! Thank you very much, would buy again!

Very happy with the purchase. My son loves playing around it and pulling himself up on it, he’s 11 months old. The corners are rounded for safety which is great but the middle shelf is not and he bumped himself there already. That’s the only thing that could be improved.

Great experience, fast delivery, well packaged, sturdy and well made bed

I placed an order from this company and it arrived damaged with scratches, gouges, flaking paint and chips/chunks taken out of a lot of the pieces of the bed frame (not what you expect for a brand new product). I have spent a month trying to get any compensation or support from the company and have been met with silence. I would honestly advise people to steer clear as any issues you may have won’t be resolved the customer service is non existent. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Great services, the bed frame was delivered quickly. It was quick and easy to assemble. It’s strong enough to even hold an adults weight surprisingly. Instructions for assembling were clear and easy so saved us time and hassle.

I found Noa & Nani by chance when looking for smaller size bunk beds. They have a fantastic range of products to choose from with really good prices. The ordering process was easy and different options were available for delivery. The bunk beds arrived on the day stated and were packaged well, very easy to follow instructions on how to put the beds together. Great products and recommended, I will definitely use this company again.

We purchased a storage bench through Noa and Nani. The item was good value and delivery was prompt, with good communication throughout.

We have bought both a noa and nani bunk bed and more recently a TV side table. The quality is amazing. The wood is heavy and solid. I feel secure in the knowledge that the products will last and also withstand 3 young children! Lovely design, with secure attachments. I was able to put all together on my own.

Wonderful company.. very responsive. Accidentally send out our bedside tables without the spare ‘white’ knobs, but they promptly sent these out within days of me raising it and was received within less than a week. Very impressed thank you
