Allergic reactions mean ill use Nivea no more

I have used Nivea my adult life (currently in my 40s). In my late teens and 20s I’ve used various branded hair colours, multiple branded make ups and products and I have never experienced allergic reactions to any product. I tried Nivea dark spot corrector and came out in a rash, my face become swollen, my cheeks were raging on fire and itchy, I got steroid cream from my gp to make it better which took about a week.

While on holiday, I found in my bag Nivea anti dark spots sun protection. I did pause and think do I, don’t I but it’s a different product and that was a foolish mistake! Now sitting here, swollen face, itching, rash on my neck. For me, that’s it, I’m done with Nivea products.

All I would say is particularly if you are going to use any of the dark spot range, do that patch test and wait 24 hours!

A little goes a long way!!

I am 83 years old and I neglected my skin on my face for a while,it became very dry,I tried every product on the market from ridiculously expensive to cheap as chips.I had about given up when I saw the advert for Nivea on the tv.Why not?I thought,it was the best decision I had ever made!within a few days I noticed a difference then my granddaughter gave me a kiss and said "Nan your skin is so soft"Now I use it every day it's reasonably priced and a little goes a long way!I recommend Nivea soft to anyone that has dry skin!

Amazing product

Amazing product - soft, glowy skin!

I was recently sent a sample of Nivea's Soft Moisturising Cream and I LOVE it so much. I don't often get excited over anything skincare but this product is amazing - makes my skin feel so much softer than other moisturisers I've tried, looks glowy and it smells gorgeous. Also lasts a long time - my sample said 7 days but a tiny amount goes a long way & will definitely last me a few weeks! thank you Nivea

Nivea men anti-age…

Recently bought Nivea men anti-age power moisturizer but I am not happy with it at all. The cream stays on your skin, not moisturizers at all and does not get absorbed into skin. It easily comes up with ribbing with finger. I paid around £24 in Boots.

Complaints Ignored

Contacted them through social media 2 months ago with a complaint about their shaving foam dispenser. Sent them a reminder a month later and was told it had been passed on to the relevant Dept for their attention. Just wrote yet again for a response but am not holding my breath any more.

Hand cream Beeswax

This review is intended only the subject line product.

After the long UK summer, we had the snap cold. Shortly, my hands had several and very painful cracks on the top. I had to go to a well known convenience store and found only the overpriced product mentioned above.

After 1 week of daily application, I realized that Nivea is taking a ride on the customers because the cracks on my skin kept growing and still causing pain.

Then, I finally understood the old way is always better, I went to a pharmacy and bought the old fashioned Nivea hand cream, the one in the blue and flat packaging and after 2 days of applications almost all the cracks have vanished and pain stopped in one day only.

Needless to say the latter product, on top of being far more efficient, costs also half price of the Beeswax one.

Regards

Think they're trying to run their electronic site via a steam engine......

Just been on their website and to be honest it's got to be the worst online site I think I've ever been on.
Constantly sticking and crashing. I've got better thing to do then wait for this site to catch up to the present time, think it's still trying to exhaust via a steam engine.
Don't think I'll be using any nivea products soon. Much better sites out there.

NIVEA...... HELLO AND GOODBYE.

On your Extra gentle eye makeup remover! It was gentle and removed make up far better than the Gentle one also liked the new bottle. Was very impressed how it lifted make up (concealer eye liner mascara) so thoroughly and so easily. Thank you I am hooked!

Got a terrible rash

Got a terrible rash from using nivea for men. Probably something to do with the fact they sponsor Liverpool FC, which I'm actually allergic too.
