Crumbling Faster Than My Expectations

Happy Scam-Christmas to me — clearly I’ve been a terrible person this year, because I unwrapped the infamous Balls of Disappointment™. I don’t know what this company is doing, but it definitely isn’t making bath bombs. Scent? Absolutely none. Not even a polite whiff. I have smelled more fragrance coming off a damp paper towel. Colour? Every single bomb was violently, fluorescently white — like they held a board meeting and voted unanimously against fun. And the texture? They disintegrated in the packaging like they’d seen the bathwater and said, ‘No thanks, I’d rather die.’ I’ve seen biscuits survive rough handling better than these did. At this point, I’m convinced their quality control is just someone shrugging in a warehouse. Honestly, the most powerful thing these bath bombs dissolved was my will to live. A stunning achievement in the art of selling nothing for money.

Toilet disinfectant

I wish my son didnt spend his hard earned money on this handcream as it has an unpleasant 'rancid' smell, nothing like rose or peach, it actually smells a bit like a toilet disinfectant block. My son would be devestated if I told him, so instead of hurting his feelings, Im telling Trust Pilot to help others avoid his mistake.

Allergic Re-Action to Bayliss & Harding Lotion

I would suggest that great care is needed when choosing cosmetics as the impact can be serious and long lasting.
I have kept the script short as I can.
I applied a Bayliss and Harding product in 2014.
Immediate serious allergic reaction ensued with raw lesions on arms and leg. Had to go to see a Dermatologist (one of many) and we both tried to get the make up of the product from Bayliss and Harding but nothing was provided to aid . Just referred to an Insurance Claims Handling Agent.
Absolutely no corncern, compassion or assistance shown by Bayliss and Harding.
Even our local MP struggled with their attitude and got nowhere; no reflection on her.
Eleven years on we still have got ongoing issues with my skin which all started with the Bayliss and Harding lotion

Baylis and Harding white tea candle

I received the Baylis and Harding white tea and neroli candle as a gift and it was delightful. It came in a beautiful jar with a double wick and the scent was sublime. The scent lasted for hours after. I recommend this candle and would buy again.

Non-existent customer service

This review of of B&H customer service. Given I emailed them with a query and I never received a reply, I would say their customer service is non-existent.
