Wish we read the review prior to ordering.
We ordered a mobility scooter and it has never worked. Constantly cutting out.

8 weeks of messaging, sending parts and an engineer who couldn’t fix it we have not had to pay to return. we also have to wait for another tech to look at the scooter to deem in faulty - even though their own engineer couldn’t fix it.

Absolute joke of a company!!! Save your money and shop elsewhere

Nitrotek have been excellent in the service given both from the scooter purchase and delivery also with questions about it and for the quick rectification of a small problem that we had. All in all excellent.

Excellent straightforward service with fast delivery. I found the pressure washer (after initial setup) to be powerful, easy to use and of good value. I will certainly buy again from Nitrotek in the future.

After recently digging out my old RC car, I realized why it had been put away in the first place, multiple broken parts!
Determined to repair it, I began Searching around the internet I came across Nitrotek, not only did they list the parts I needed they also had them in stock, although it took a bit of navigating as the website seems to work better on my phone than on a laptop.

I ordered everything I needed on a Friday evening and by the following Tuesday everything arrived. Exactly as I ordered in the OEM packaging.

I will certainly be using Nitrotek again and recommend them to anyone searching for those obscure parts you may have lost.

The Sherman is great .great quality very fast .sounds amazing sounds real .very powerful in the gun smoke effect is great my son loves its grate fun the tracks are great as well bigger than I thought it was going to be I was shocked .

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this place. All products are from CHINA and refurbished. This company is one BIG SCAM and is selling second-hand goods!!! You have been warned!!! These people are giving Miller and Mason a very bad name!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of concern for customer needs and the overall experience. I ordered a fairly expensive jet washer, only to receive it with a faulty engine that doesn’t even start. Despite sending all the required videos as proof, I’m still being asked to pay almost £40 for the return. This is absolutely outrageous.

I will never recommend this company to anyone and am shocked by the poor level of service provided.

I have made a complaint via Trading Standards. They will charge you for initial postage if you return the items and they will not accept any fault with the item. They will add on a service charge to inspect your returned item and you will not receive back your full refund. Please take the time to look at there reviews and save yourself from this company.

If anyone said they were thinking of buying anything from this company I would 100% advise them against it.
I bought a petrol jet washer from them.
It arrived damaged, we let them know immediately. It also, despite following the instructions would not run. We sent it back and asked for a refund. They have so far refused despite asking numerous times. We are in the unfortunate position where we are now having to take them to court.
Update, we took them to court and won! Yes it was a lot of effort but they rely on people not bothering. Consumer Act is there to protect you.

After buying a scooter from Zipper Mobility, I was then made aware that this company is actually owned by Nitrotek and advised to read the reviews. Having done so and was horrified by the reviews I tried to cancel the order approx 8 hours later but was unable to get through on the numbers given for customer services multiple times for days (I dare you, have a try). After finding an email address and contacting them about 3 days later my only real option was to ignore the deliveries 3 x attempts and await the parcel being returned and a refund. I did this and a month later they refunded me minus a £51 delivery fee. Make of that what you will but I could never justify spending £400 with a company like this, read the bad reviews. Outrageous place.

Firstly you had one in stock been trying for months to find a wheel. It was for a Wilkes machine but fitted perfectly and delivery was on time

I made an enquiry to Nitrotek about a replacement battery for an old Powerboard electric scooter. Got a reply almost straight away recommending the battery I needed, ordered it there and then and it arrived within a few days. Very happy with the help given and ease of ordering and fast delivery. Great company and would definitely use again if needed.
