What an excellent company to deal with collected a 3 wheel mobility scooter witch beside being an excellent product did not suit our requirements and asked for a refund but was dealt with start to finish with two excellent and polite members of staff in Niall and Wayne cannot recommend the service and attitude of this company and staff enough well done

Do not buy their pressure washers. Used 5 times , 2 weeks outside their only 6 month warranty (I now know why they only give 6 months!), a quite obviously either poorly manufactured or faulty brass fitting has broken, and they’ve said I have to buy a whole new pump. Poor machine, poor customer service. Avoid

Skeptical using a company I had not heard from, my daughter is a little adrenaline junkie so she asked for a balance bike, little did I know I placed two orders, I had contacted nitrotek raising the issue was a mistake and they guided me on what I needed to do! Very straight forward and simple! No confusions in-between! Which Is a bonus as everything was like I said simple and straightforward, when I put the balance bike together I cant believe how great it was evan down too look, only problem was I charged the battery in the instructed time but the speedometer kept saying empty evan after a run.

Contacted the company again, no hesitation, send evidence and they sent a new battery no issued at all.

I would 100% purchase from this company again!

I made an order and my item was delivered the next day, unfortunately two of the wheels were wrong so I contacted the company via email and within hours they emailed back and solved my enquiry end sent out the correct wheels quickly which have just arrived 2 days later

Excellent quality r.c .not just for the Price. Was a faulty battery but they sent out a replacement asap. Used them before aswell. This isn't one of your Chinese companies that sends you something that is different from what they show on their web page
