For over ten years, I’ve been trying to buy shoes during SNKRS drops, and it’s always the same story: my order gets put on hold to filter out so-called bots, and a few seconds later I get a notifica... See more

NO WIDE FOOTBALL BOOTS
Its a disgrace that a child now a days cant get wide fitting nike football boots. Today I had a child tell me he hated his body because all the Nike football boots he tried on was too narrow for him for such a large company ye are a disgrace
Air Force 1 '07
Bought a pair of Air Force 1 '07's. Owned a pair in 2008 along with a pair of SB Dunk High's (that I still own and wear to this day) which were the roomiest and comfiest shoes I've owned in my life. I was excited to get another pair of AF1's reminiscing on the experience I had with my Nike's of old. What a terrible let down, product quality and comfort has fallen off the face of the earth. The new AF1's are significantly narrower and stiffer, the toe box compresses my forefoot and pinches my toes, and the leather creases rigidly instead of softening. After breaking them in for a month they're still uncomfortable and disappointing. I look forward to the day when Nike truly takes consumer feedback seriously again and creates shoes with the comfort, craftsmanship, and authenticity that Sandy Bodecker would be proud of, built not just to sell, but for customers to genuinely enjoy wearing every day.
I would rate 0 if I could
I would rate 0 if I could. Terrible experience with Nike customer service. I placed an order using my correct current address in Turin, but the package was delivered to an old address in Verona due to a clear logistics/courier mistake.
For more than two weeks I have been asking for either a replacement shipment or a refund, but the only solution offered was for me to personally go and recover the package from the wrong address.
It is unacceptable to make the customer responsible for a delivery error caused by the seller or courier. No real assistance, no concrete solution, and extremely disappointing customer support.

As a frequent jogger
As a frequent jogger I have had an amazing experience with getting help online for information about the latest running shoes! They usually have great deals as well as the shipping is fast and reliable!

I returned an item of clothing within the 30 day returns period. It was unworn etc. 2 weeks later, I received an email to say that my refund wouldn't be authorised. No explanation as to why. I spoke to an advisor on Live Chat - they couldn't tell me why either. My option? To request a 'human review'. So I replied to the email to request this. I received a copy and paste email back to advise that the 'investigation' would take 3-5 calendar days. After 8 calendar days, I contacted them again as I hadn't heard anything and was told to be patient and that I'd hear back. I ended up filing a dispute with PayPal and got my money back instantly.
This looks to be a very common occurrence with Nike based upon the reviews I've read. I can categorially say I'll never ever buy from them online again.
Do not buy from them scammers
Do not buy from them – scammers
I returned 2 items – and only got refunded for 1. I have been blamed to be the liar and saying they only received 1 item back.
I asked them to send me footage of the journey of the parcel- nike has now stopped replying to me.
I have now lost money and the item.
Not happy at all.
Please avoid buying and returning items from them.
it's kinda low quality
it's kinda low quality. Shoes as shoes, nothing special
Items were taken, no refund
Terrible experience- items were taken in transit as the package had been opened and resealed in a plastic bag, messaged nike and put it under investigation, within 2 minutes had an email saying 'after thorough review it has been rejected'
Down over £100 and no reply as yet from Nike
This will go further even legally if required
Shoe quality gone downhill massively
Shoe quality gone downhill massively, no longer will wear airforces due to poor quality.
My experience with Nike’s return…
My experience with Nike’s return process was extremely negative. I returned my product exactly as instructed, using the DPD Smart service that Nike provides for returns. This service does NOT send any emails, SMS messages, or electronic confirmations — the only proof a customer receives is a paper receipt from the drop‑off point. That is how DPD Smart officially works.
Despite this, after several weeks with no refund, Nike started demanding an “email confirmation of the return”, which simply does not exist in the DPD Smart system. This is misleading customers and shifting responsibility onto them for a document that this return method does not generate at all.
I provided Nike with every possible piece of evidence:
– the return number,
– the tracking number,
– a photo of the DPD drop‑off receipt,
– confirmation that the parcel was delivered to their warehouse.
Nike still rejected my claim and refused to issue my refund, ignoring all the facts and documents.
In the end, I got my money back not because of Nike, but because my bank (Zilch) had to intervene and recover the funds directly from their bank. Without that, I would have been left with no product and no money.
I do not recommend Nike. I will never buy from them again. The company acts dishonestly, lacks transparency, and puts the burden of their own return‑process failures on the customer.
I wish I could give them a zero star…
I wish I could give them a zero star rating. I am very active, so I always have a pair of new sport shoes to have if my old ones loose their support. I found a pair of Nike on special, so I purchased them. Something I have done at least 10 times before with Nike and other brands, with no problem. Needed that pair after 12 month from purchase date. While I was walking my first 6km, the rubber sole started to unglue, slowed down, in the hope of making it home safe. The process continued, 2 more km, both soles fall off, both resting in my backpack now. I finished on the cushy part of the shoe. I called Nike's support center, and in order to get a refund or replacement, I have to pay the postage, and the date of manifactering must be under 2 years.
If the only damage on your product is the sole falling, you should stand by your brand name.
Scam price
nike company just wanna scam you with the price,I went shop online with price $220 when i realize i have 10% discount i can use ,when you apply that the original price jump to $230. This is how Nike appreciation with 10% military discount
Exploding Nike basketball shoes …
I called customer service to complain about my son shoe that completely exploded out the side during basketball practice. These shoes are worn three months out of the year and they are expired out of warranty before I even bought the shoes for $160. Customer service had me look at the tag of the shoe and they expired before I purchased them in December. I wish there was a place to post a picture to explain that this is not wear and tear on a shoe. This is poor quality.

Cracks are "normal" according to Nike.
Is it normal for shoes to crack where they bend after light use? According to Nike support—yes!. My son used the Reax 8 TR only on weekends, but the material failed. Nike declined my claim (C01528105786), claiming it's just "wear and tear." A total joke for a brand that markets itself as "durable."
im writing to make a complaint
im writing to make a complaint. I feel as if if your products have been being made in a different way or something for a while now they fade faster they are shrinking more in all over shrinking a ll over and especially in all the wrong spots around the armrs at the waste and become stiffer then other brands that are way cheaper. for honestly spending 60 to over 100$ for a hoodie then it dont last but a few washes then I gave it to my girl and it just faded out and looked old in no time. im sure ur stock price shows this right now I havent been happy for a while and now just had time to write and because it upsets me the money u charge then I look at my hoodies and every time I see them it upsets me.i bought it from Macy's so honestly

Religious reasons
Religious reasons, Nike is trying to make a “Holy water” shoe and shoes are dirty as you walk on dirty grounds and gras with them so technically your treating Lord Jesus name as some mud on the ground, and I can’t allow that so Nike mate sym
