Ordered 2 new roof lights for my Hymer…

Ordered 2 new roof lights for my Hymer Motorhome on 30th July for delivery to my house in France (05300 postcode) on following the tracking number the parcels were received in France La Rochester at 08.55 03/08/2023 it is also listed in being in Gap at the same time. Following phone call and emails I have still not got my goods. Apparently the French post office could not find my address as it was not seen on a Google search. However within seconds I was able to find my address on Google. I have given up on getting my goods and have asked for a refund the parcel still listed as being in Gap.Goods arrived today 5 days after cancelling both roof lights and buying elsewhere. I cancelled with Alice in customer service and she said she would advise the finance department to get my bank details for a refund------ not holding my breath though!! Will never use them again and would advise others to be wary.

I ordered a simple fire stopper

I ordered a simple fire stopper. After 3 weeks nothing arrived. I do not want it delivered at this address now, because i am gone for 5 weeks and i do not want to bother the neighbours.... however , They do not have a telephone number nor an email to contact them back... its just annoying.

Damaged Thule Caravan Superb

I placed an order on obelink.es for a Thule Caravan Superb bike rack and Peggy Peg Fix & Go mounting plate. Although the bike rack was shipped on 15/6/23, there was no update on its status until 19/6 after I inquired about it. On 21/6, the bike rack arrived, but I had to personally pick it up from the Seur warehouse as they don't deliver packages of that size to the pickup location I chose.

Upon opening the package containing the bike rack, I found multiple marks on the aluminum and plastic parts. Additionally, one of the security locks appears to be bent. I immediately took photos and requested a return to obelink, sending them an email with 14 photos showing the defects. I am still awaiting a response. Frankly, this does not seem like a new product that I paid for. I request either a refund or a discount due to its current condition.

By the way, the other product was finally shipped on 20/6/23 and has not yet arrived.

custom service inaccurancy

We ordered a tent and received a tent with a hole. DPD picked it up, no problems with return. But we wrote many times to custom service to change a brand with another one, but they ignored mails. They just send us an old version of a tent. We are dissapointed with the communication and customer relationship.

delivery to Slovenia

I am a registered user on the Obelink.de website, where registration allowed me to enter my home address in Slovenia. It even offers the country in the drop down menu. The website advertises delivery to Slovenia, and shipping costs are also known. Despite the fact that Slovenia is part of the single market of the European Union, I could not complete and pay for the online purchase. The online application says that the address is unknown.
All in all, it acts as discrimination against citizens or buyers coming from peripheral EU member states

21.6.2023 Update
After a few days of unsuccessful attempts, I ordered the desired product from another seller.
Today I've got an email from Obelink customer service asking me if I can sent screen shot from my unsuccesful attempt. Based on this email, I tried to place the order again today. I could hardly believe that the online shopping app let me go all the way to making the payment. I suppose I could complete the order today quite smoothly.

This may be because you chose an item from a partner of ours. They sell their products through our website and handle the shipping themselves. Not all our partners ship throughout Europe. Also, products may need to be sent with big shipment. Big shipment is only possible for us to send to: Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and Austria. We send the rest of our products to Slovenia. Not Obelink's fault

We ordered an Eldorado cotton tent last year from Obelink in plenty of time. It didn't arrive and was later shown to be stuck/lost in British Customs in Holland. They re-sent, presumably at their loss, and the replacement arrived one day ahead of our camping departure. I mistakenly thought there were no guy ropes. But...despite looking, I hadn't seen them. They were there. I'm saying that Obelink were very helpful in a very frustrating time and handled the problems well. It was the issues to do with Brexit that caused the problems. Obelink didn't seem to be up to speed on providing documentation to enable claiming duty back from the British government but that was my only gripe. In the end, I made it my duty to drive my way through the ABSURD technical and opaque VAT and Duty requirements the British side insisted on (like, I was an Importer, not a purchaser of a tent) and got a £7 refund. Obelink in the shape of the representative, whom I discovered was talking to me from London! were very good. They don't have to send to Britain and we made the decision. The tent, is great.

UK discrimination

So difficult to understand why / where they deliver to. I wanted to order a Gazebo to the UK. Many years go I bought my bell tent from them and it was great service. I know that they have some kind of trade agreement with the bell tent suppliers now in the UK and don't sell these to UK customers but I thought a gazebo would be OK. Shame really, great products and service and they send EVERYWHERE else.
