They will mess you around something awful if you require a reference from them. Deeply unprofessional.

Chased several ways and just ignored or messed around. I know a few other people who have had the exact same experience, avoid!!

My Advisor at NHSP was Debby and she has been absolutely amazing. She liaised with me consistently throughout the whole process, she managed my expectations and was really encouraging throughout and once I had reached the interview stage of the process. I am extemely happy with the overall service she provided me with in helping me to secure a new job role and am really grateful.

The support i recieved since the start of my onboarding process from Beth Dyball has been helpful all along.

Beth was ok to begin with but unfortunately I was not offered the chance of an earlier sitting for assessment and interview process as would have fitted miles better due to work commitments. I feel too many people were in the sitting as the assessment was too easy and people could interview well and be left disappointed due to lack of experience which probably takes away from what was advertised in the first place. I feel coming from a hospitality background where customer service is paramount helped me see the flaws and gave me the edge on Beth.

I can’t give this company 0 stars otherwise I would. Absolutely appalling to work for, always messing up account so you can’t pick up shifts. They treat you terrible and the customer service team are shocking. Worst company I have ever worked for/dealt with. Stay well clear.

I had so many preconceived notions about what the assessment and interview process would be like. I was pleasantly surprised by how it went; the people running the day were helpful and informative, giving clear instructions and expectations with a human touch. I was not made to feel like a robot; my personality was allowed to shine, and this was encouraged.

NHSP has been a great opportunity for me. The recruitment and interview process was quick and efficient and the training week was really informative and engaging. My recruiter Hannah Richards was always quick to reply to any queries and redirect me if needed which I really appreciated.
