Cancel in two clicks is a lie, do not use this company
This is BS and the company is scamming us with disgusting business practices. DO NOT USE.
Ordered two boxes a year apart (‘24 & ‘25). Was able to cancel the first subscription fairly easily. I am completely unable to cancel the current subscription as:
1) this company with ‘1 million+ boxes delivered’ somehow doesn’t have an email address or phone number
2) when I attempt to cancel through the website the page doesn’t reload after hitting the ‘cancel my subscription’ button - instead a spinning circle appears like it’s loading but the circle spins forever without the site reloading. Both 1 & 2 happens on mobile and desktop with different browsers
3) when attempting to use the ‘contact us’ link the captcha is missing from the page, which triggers the ‘unable to complete your request; check your responses below’. There is no way to submit the form.
The fact that the button spins is clearly intentional as is the ‘missing’ captcha. I just want to cancel or speak to someone that can cancel but I guess I’ll have to fight with my credit card company forever? Cool.
Their response is going to say something like ‘we’re sorry about your experience… contact us to remedy’ but I CANNOT CONTACT THE COMPANY.

I also want to clear something up: you did send us three emails, and our team replied almost immediately. We’re always available at support@nextgaything.com — no missing captchas required — and we’re happy to handle cancellations (or anything else) directly.
Rest assured, your subscription has already been cancelled as requested, so you don’t need to worry about contacting your card provider.
We’ve delivered millions of boxes to our community because we take trust seriously, and we’re working hard to make sure every step — from signing up to cancelling — feels just as seamless. I hope this clears things up, and who knows — maybe one day you’ll let us surprise you with Gay Christmas again. 🌈✨

I am really excited about Nextgaything! The concept of receiving a regular subscription box with care and lifestyle products specifically for the LGBTQ+ community is simply brilliant. Each box is varied and contains both high-quality care products, great underwear and lifestyle gadgets that are useful in everyday life.
I particularly like the fact that it introduces me to brands that I might never have tried otherwise. Everything seems very well thought out – from the packaging and product selection to the personal touch.
I’m looking forward to every box I’ll receive. I got the quarterly with 9 pairs of underwear.
