I really enjoy the box -- it is a great curated selection of products -- the products are ones that I plan on using without a lot of filler.
The clothing selections are on point as well.
The packaging is topnotch.

Great firm awesome products
Excellent product line and always a surprise! I checked some of the individual prices retail and they are not kidding when they market their product at 70% savings etc. They also use Royal Mail with excellent tracking / packages always arrive within a few days to my home in New York.

Great quality items, however durability leaves a little to be desired, some jocks lasted a month or two before tears and split seems began to show

The package came with so many great…
The package came with so many great products that I can use for daily skincare. The underwear fit well with one exception but that’s more a personal preference. There was some slippage in the front. Two of the other items had an odd smell but again, that’s a personal preference.

Great Surprise Company
I was excellently surprised how much value and excitement my box brought this month. Quality and high end items that I will certainly use and normally would not get for myself so this feels like a major spoiling but this company got it right with real down to earth customer service reps that are awesome to every single thing in my box was exciting, and will make my daily routines even better. Never too many pairs!
I received my new subscription box today and was again impressed by the quality of the products. I also added a ‘member offer’ to this months delivery which meant I received a total 4 pairs of new trunks! I am starting to think I may have an addiction… but Erika assures me that one can never have too many pairs of underwear! Thanks again guys for the great customer service!

They helped....maybe I was a pain..
When I came across this website I was so excited, as just came out at the age of 43, and wanted to give myself a present. So I ordered a pack with 3 pairs of underwear. According to the website they will adjust for brand sizes, so you just give them your size and they make the adjustment. Well that didn't happen on 2 pairs of briefs I ordered. Okay it happens I can return/donate the pairs and get a code to get new ones, though you have yo pay for shipping...so be it.
I got my codes, the discount was applied, but when I got to pay it won't let me.
I get message after days and they said it is fine now, use chrome not safari, though I dont use apple products so not sure why they said that. Anyway... still doesn't work.
So today we are on hour 3 with customer service chat, and still nothing.
This is a horrible experience, especially in a time when everyone told me that my new life would be exciting. Not so far.
Hopefully they can figure this out, but personally I dont know if I would recommend this business.
*Update.... they are correct they did fix the issue and did manually pushed the order through, which I greatly appreciate. It is hard to deal with customer service when AI is used so often and when it take a long time to get responses.
*second update... they were very nice besides a comment and maybe I have been a little bit of a *queen* because of the holidays.
