Newton's Solicitors have recently assisted in the sale of two properties and purchase of one property on behalf of my husband and myself.
Overall, our experience of Newton's was positive, supportive and efficient.
One of the sales was more challenging, as it was a leasehold property and involved the extension of a lease (which Newton's also assisted with, separately). The sale process for this property was quite lengthy, and at times, frustrating, but we experienced good communication from Newton's throughout.
We will use Newton's again and intend to do so shortly for updating our Wills.

The Madeleine Mary Walker Foundation recently had occasion to update their deeds as a result of the retirement of two of their Trustees.Kelly was able to guide and support the Trustees in a friendly and efficient manner. Responses to emails and telephone calls was was always prompt and informative. Overall an excellent efficient service.
