Worse than terrible

I ordered a pair of shoes from their newrockshoes.net website on June 18th, the model I wanted was in stock and upon completion of my order the delivery time was 10 days. After 2 weeks and no sign of the shoes I checked the status page of my order and nothing had changed.
I sent a message to them via their support portal which 22 days later hasn't been answered yet, they claim to answer messages via the portal in 10 days but usually 24 hrs. I spent an afternoon recently trying to call them support number but only got through to a recorded message.
Now it feels like I've been scammed and will never see the shoes or my money again. I'd also made another order of shoes in May which I haven't heard anything about either but those shoes were a special order that take 60-80 days.
My advice would to steer clear of this company, if they even exist.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Seven weeks ago I ordered shoes. Once again I ask, what about my order. This is not professional. Do not answer my e-mail. I still do not know when I receive my order. How many times do I have to ask you? I paid the money. I now only "as soon as possible." This is not the exact date, but some jokes.
A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours). - is it true?
Last request i send 6 days ago. No one answered.
