Had my eye on Brooke bag forever, just had to grab it when they had 10% off. Got my package in like a week or so, which was chill. And OMG the leather is so buttery soft and cute in real life, pics on their site just didn't do it justice
I too ordered a bag from LUAR in February and now it's March and it was never received. I repeatedly emailed the company to inquiry as to when the bag would be shipped and no response was ever received. This is not a reputable company and I will never buy from them again. Very unprofessional! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and disputed the transaction with my credit card company.
Luar is such a beautiful space with such kind and knowledgeable staff! There’s no where else I would trust to get my piercings! ♥️
I had a very disappointing experience Luar. I ordered a bag from their website In Feb and received a shipment notification a few days later. However, two weeks passed, and my package did not arrive. When I tried to track the shipment using the provided tracking number, I found out that the label was generated, but the package was never handed over to the shipping company.
I tried contacting Luar via their website contact form and email, but I did not receive any response. I also attempted to reach out to them through Paypal, but my message was ignored.
Overall, I feel that Luar is not a reliable company to do business with, and I would not recommend them. I am currently attempting to recover my money through Paypal customer protection service.
