Wrong order received
After waiting over a week for my order to arrive, I was disappointed to find the wrong cap had been sent. I contacted customer service and asked if they could send the correct order and a return label for the wrong cap, however I was told I must return it and reorder. It’s been another week and still no sign of a refund. I don’t think I’ll order again.
