Great service in store
I purchased a pair of hiking boots instore at Pitlochry. I have massive overpronation and needed advice on best pair to provide foot support in a warm summer day. Very happy with purchase, we hiked Ben Vrackie the day after and no feet complain at all. Thank you!

Placed order on 1st July
Placed order on 1st July with 3 - 5 day delivery.
DHL contacted me on 2nd July expecting package.
I tracked the order of 3rd July DHL had receive the package but noting delivery delay with no detail.
No update since.
On TrustPilot this level of service is typical of DHL apparently.
Please consider this before placing your order.
Still awaiting update!

Didn’t arrive for over a 10 days
Didn’t arrive for over a 10 days, had no communication from Nevisport , had to chase up where the item was myself . Received an automated message saying it was due to arrive the previous Friday which was five days behind. Would not have been such an issue however it was a birthday gift and the website said delivery within 48 hours.

Pleased with my purchase. Feels comfortable to wear.
The rucksack purchased was as expected and at the best price available. It would have been nice to have an additional front pocket but for an 18L it was one of the few that came with a waist/hip strap which is what I wanted. It looks as if the rain cover will sit nicely over the top of the rucksack between the straps and top and not ping off like it has with previous rucksacks. The communication with regards delivery and tracking was muddled and incorrect but the goods did turn up just after the 3-5 days quoted.
