Scammed by this reseller

I purchased a Beats earbuds at Best Buy. And this re reseller seems to be an authorized reseller for Best Buy. They have scanned me of $80. Do not use this store. I paid $161 to Best Buy and I didn’t like the earbuds so I returned them. They only give me half of what I paid. They assessed some dubious fee. STAY AWAY from this reseller. I’m about to sue you.

Virtual Reseller. Stay away

The company does not exist at its given address. The phone number of the company is forwarded to another company in the same building. One cannot reach them because they are a virtual seller.

NETWORKSTORE is a fraudulent seller

NETWORKSTORE is a fraudulent seller. Do not buy from them. I purchased a "reconditioned" Apple Watch. The watch that was sent to me was still registered to a prior owner. I could not register it or use it. Networkstore authorized the return of the watch, but then wanted to charge a restocking fee saying that the watch that I returned still had my iCloud info on it which I do not believe is possible as I was unable to register or pair it. They then agreed to return the watch to me; yet I’ve still not received it. I’ve reached out to get Amazon Customer Service involved to file a claim. Amazon and their customers should net do business with Networkstore.

THEY ARE CROOKS

THEY ARE CROOKS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! We bought an iPhone from them and actually bought two. First one had scratches all over the screen so we sent it back. They tried to say one of the phones wasn’t in the box. Ummm ok why would I send an empty box?! Why did it cost and weigh the same as the other one that was returned and refunded?!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Purchased a $200 air fryer via Walmart. Broke within six months. Was told to speak to manufacturer to resolve. Networkstore only cover 90 days on a brand new item.

NETWORKSTORE is a fraudulent seller

NETWORKSTORE is a fraudulent seller. Do not buy from them. I purchased a "reconditioned" Apple Watch Series 6. The watch that was sent to me was still registered to a prior owner. I could not register it or use it. Networkstore authorized the return of the watch, but then charged me a 92.3% Restocking fee saying that the watch that I returned was not what they sent me. An absolute lie. I had to get Amazon Customer Service involved to file a claim. Amazon gave me a full refund. Amazon and their customers should net do business with Networkstore.

Ordered never received

Ordered an expensive baseball bat for my grandson's birthday. They generated a tracking number and never took the package to the P.O. I would NOT buy a damn thing from this company. It's appalling that Amazon even allows them on their site as bad as the reviews are. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

A scam on Amazon be ware of Networkstore

A scam on Amazon is a 1st. And Amazon isn't standing by the amazon return policy.
I ordered IPhone 11 and upon arriving in a box and opened, phone looked old and realized their definition of renewed meant old used phone.
It stayed in the same box and returned the same day! Network store refused to refund my $1056 full amount and charged me $211.34 they claimed a restock fee. If you think Amazon is the best. It no longer is as they don't stand behind the sellers. I filed the A to Z as an Amazon agent told me she agreed with me and Amazon would guarantee a full refund. Just got a message that they denied it and I am out $211.34 to Amazon for nothing.

Absolutely unbelievable

The experience I went through with dealing with the networkstore was worse than a nightmare and turned into the longest and worst customer service experience I have ever went through. I ordered $630.00 iPhone xs max that arrived on a Friday and I was instructed to take the sim out of the old cell and put in the new device and when I did there was an error with the sim and the device would not connect to any wifi. I called Verizon only to be on hold 2 hours to be transferred and disconnected. The next day I started the same process, got through to a activation coach after an hour and a half, they could not hook up so they transferred me to a tech, I waited another 2 hours only to have it disconnected. Third day same process but when on hold I contacted networkstore and asked if there was a block on the line, they checked and said “no”. Waited 4 hours total on that day but was never able to connect. On the 4th day the same exact situation happened. On the 5th day the same thing again but this time Verizon was going to have a tech contact me the next day but they never did, I waited 6 hours for the call but it never happened. On the 7th day after 4 more hours on hold I finally was able to reach the techs, they said the reason for the block was because a customer who had the cell phone previously to me owes verizon and they fully blocked the device from ever being activated. I was shocked on how this could happen and immediately called the networkstore and was was even further shocked after explaining what happened there was no “sorry” no “apology” and after weeks waiting and trying to hook this up they said send it back then we will send you another. The company should have shipped one out immediately but everyone can now tell how this company does “business” and I could not expect any help from them. I tried to contact amazon to go through them for any further communication and it saved me from the networkstore lying to Amazon and myself and being caught. When amazon contacted me on Wednesday I told them what happened they contacted networkstore and all 3 of us came to a conclusion that I would put the device in mail ( I did and in 17 minutes) they would have me a new phone on Thursday, great let’s get this done. Thursday the phone never came, Friday the phone never came, I again contacted the networkstore and they said because I did not mail my device on a Tuesday that they never shipped my device. Ha ha liar liar and good try trying to cover your a$$. Amazon had the whole conversation recorded and apologized and immediately refunded my money. NETWORKSTORE you have some bad karma coming for the way you treated a customer and how you dealt with bad situation caused by your own company.
