Extremely unprofessional and chaotic service. I paid 199 SEK for Express shipping for order 84155747, but the package has been stuck since January 14th. Their customer service is unreachable by phone and only sends automated responses. They have my full payment and are failing to deliver the service I paid for. Avoid this company if you expect reliability. Case ID: 2321391."

I am really surprised.. I read hundreds of negative reviews about this company and how slow is their customer service and how hundreds of people received damaged goods. I've also received a damaged TV with a broken screen, I've sent them an email on the same day. On the next day I've started to stress and panic after reading all the reviews and I thought that maybe buying an other TV from another shop would be much easier. I tried to call their Swedish number since they don't have a Norwegian one, the lady there said she didn't have access to Norwegian orders but she will forward my case to someone and they'll try to answer me today. I didn't believe her. One day later I received an email confirming that a new TV has been ordered and that a delivery company will come and pickup the broken one. Just 2 days, one email and one phone call. I am VERY SATISFIED.

Doesn’t allow return of earbuds, because it’s categorized as ‘hygiene products’. Even though there is no policy you will see in the website that says earbuds cannot be returned even if they fall under the open guarantee return policy. How else will a customer know without checking if they like the earbuds or not? It’s just really pathetically absurd

I was supposed to get a refund but I got a gift card. But I didn't want that gift card. I do not recommend it, customer service is at the 0 level

shame. they earn by deceiving people. service The product which cost SEK 1,800 did not work well under warranty. I took it to NetOnNet Liertoppen and two people who were in the service department confirm the error "completely clean" and recommend that I send the item for service. Here is what I got in response.
The customer had to clean the item.
And they came with 3 options:
1- Repair the product. Price: NOK 2,846
2- returned to the customer Price: NOK 2,027
3- scrapped by the workshop. Price: NOK 1287

They care just to get a many, the broken defective equipment is your problem.
Supper bad company with poor customer service! I was bay a washing machine and is was broken after 1 months. NetonNet don’t care and don’t take a responsibility, send me to the Candy service (original service) with take a many for free service! Be careful with this shop, they lay to the consumers and low scores prove it. Thank’s.
Very bad service
Very bad service! We bought a sounder in November 2023 that clearly do not work since it shifting between channels now (screaming out wi-fi, bluetooth/,wi-fi, bluetooth for minutes while watching the TV which is super annoying) and then and buttons do not work.
They took it in for service, (ofc didn't find anything) and asked ME to take the broken piece home, why should I. I bought something but did not get a function one. They asked to video/record the error next time but hello, I already did at the first time which I also mention AT THE FIRST TIME.... I just don´t through 6K in the lake and also I had booked a car to be able to pick it up and then I come to a broken piece. If I order with home delivery and it's broken, you are responsible to return and fix it, not me, SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
Also, if you do not find anything please state that in the message that the service is done without doing anything, because the service was NOT DONE and this useless trip took me over 1,5h since need to pick up car and drive it back for nothing.
So in total I will be without my soundbar for over a month (since they took it on another service, hello what kind of service guys do you have who need to do the same service twice to find the problem?????). Also no replacement item has I received either, just a very very bad experience. First and last time I order from this store!!

STAY AWAY for your own sake!!!
For ur own sake don’t buy something from them. Worst customer service ever u can see. I buy some ps5 and it’s broke around 2 weeks and it was not easy to get contact with NetOnNet for service. After a week finally i can send it to service and they said its can take up to 4 week to have it back. It was 8 weeks ago and still waiting for my item. When i try to get contact to customer service they don’t accept any responsibility and not give any clear answer. But i will go after my legal rights. STAY AWAY from this supplier!!!
Very bad service
Very bad service. I bought a Tens machine with this company on 13th Feb and I used two days only and it was damaged. I sent back to them on 21st Feb. But the parcel is stiløl keeping in Customs depaertment. I sent many emai and contact with customer service dearptment but they only said that they still have not received the parcel. They will not send me a new one until they receive the parcel. That mean if they hacve not received the parcel, I should suffer the fault by myself.

Decent prices, and I like that they have a warehouse. Never had problems with things I bought from them or with the service they offer.
