Item never received and full refund not given
Had a very bad experience with netonnet. Have ordered an item on November 12 which was never delivered. Have learnt from the shipping company that there was an error in the system and that the item was sent back to netonnet. However, netonnet is refusing to offer full refund, arguing that the item has been sent back and regardless of the reason, there is a cost of 395 NOK which is deducted.
Even if I explained that the item has never reached me and I never had a chance to pick it up, netonnet refuses to accept the full refund.
Strongly disagree with this unprofessional approach and have therefore contacted Forbrukerrådet, who advised me to send an official complaint by email and give netonnet 1 week to come with a solution. Furthermore, if a solution is not found, Forbrukerrådet advised to open a case with Forbrukettilsynet. An official complaint to netonnet has been sent and now looking forward to receiving their feedback.
I strongly advise people to save all the messages from the chat they have with netonnet customer service, something I did myself, so that they have enough proof when escalating the case.
