I have used your remedies for many years & I love them. My favourites are Frankinsense nourishing cream and organic eye make up remover. I can't comment on the order/ delivery process since this is my 1st online order from you.

Very Helpful Staff
The Neal's Yard shop looked lovely and the lady behind the counter was very welcoming. She guided me to a number of products that were suitable as a gift. She also explained that the gift sets were good value and I followed her recommendation. I was impressed with the service and with the choice of products.

Amazing smell and great quality
Amazing smell and great quality; best to remove the stopper as this Vetiver is true Vetiver oil and has not been diluted so it is thick and sticky, a little goes a long way. Impressed with the price compared to others - if you buy Vetiver at a lower price it will be so diluted that it dampens the smell.

Disappointed Beauty Sleep has been discontinued. I have used this product for a few years ensuring relaxation and a good sleep.

Another great experience in the Glasgow store. Friendly, helpful and informed staff. Bought a new Frankincense cleanser to add to my routine and some herbs to make my own night-time tea.
