Happy With My Navy Federal Experience
I love Navy Federal! This company is very understanding, and they really work with you when you need help. I currently have their secured credit card, and I’m hoping to be able to upgrade to an unsecured card down the line. The only thing I don’t really like about the secured card is that you can only make payments directly from a Navy Federal checking or savings account. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience and really appreciate how understanding and helpful they are.

NFCU home equity loan
This was the first time we used our home equity. Process from start to finish was easy with no surprises. From application to close was just a little over 30 days. Each person we dealt with made sure we understood every step and every email or document we received. We also have an auto loan with them that was just as easy. Can’t recommend enough.
