I started my car inurance last July/17…
I started my car inurance last July/17 and was asked to change my home owners insurance at the time. My house insurance came due Apr/2018, so I started and signed the papers in Mar/2018. I also moved and it took 4 months to fix the house insurance. I was told I paid it and it came out of my bank account-being honest I let them know it was't my account. It Finally was fixed in Jul/18. Getting it in writing does not help.

my car was in a collision got impounded write off! got my check from NAVIGATORS INSUREANCE! So I have no car to Drive! BUT Navigators insurance still taking money from my bank account when I don't have a vehicle to drive anymore! WHY?
