I am a returning customer and have just bought another gorgeous sofa from Natuzzi store in Brent Cross.
I was helped by Faisal who was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was struggling to decide what material and colour to go for. He was very attentive, listened and try his best to help. In the end I chose the best, thanks to Faisal's advice and guidance.

Faisal, is an incredibly brilliant and a very talented salesman with great photographic memory. We came last week asking about sofas and decided to wait , came in today and he remembered us and which specific modifications we wanted for our dream sofa’ My wife and I were both inclined to go for something cheaper from DFS but we decided to bite the bullet on what Faisal had to offer as it was too good to pass up on , he was very knowledgeable on everything they had to offer and worked around all our needs with getting ourselves a corner sofa bed with the material and colour of our choosing , Could not be happier with Faisal’s customer service.

Had a great experience with Faisal at Natuzzi Staples corner today, he was very patient and helpful as my partner and I chose a sofa for our new home.

The worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

I paid $10,000 in full, upfront for a king-size showroom bed. On the day of delivery, the bed could not fit through the stairway opening, making it impossible to install it in my upstairs bedroom.

The bed has never been used and remains in the company’s possession. Despite this, the company is also keeping 100% of my money and refuses to issue a refund.

In other words, the company has both the merchandise and my money, while refusing to provide a fair solution to a situation where I never even had the opportunity to use the product.

This was a showroom model, not a custom-made item. The company can simply put it back on display or sell it again. Yet they have chosen to leave their customer with a $10,000 loss.

In my opinion, this is when a company’s true character is revealed. Selling a product is easy. Standing behind your customer when something goes wrong is what truly defines a business. Unfortunately, the after-sales service I received was completely unacceptable and showed no genuine commitment to resolving the issue fairly.

Before spending thousands of dollars with this company, think very carefully. My experience has been paying for a product that I never got to use, while the company keeps both the merchandise and my money and refuses to return the funds. Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company again.

Paid almost 5 grand for a3 seater reclining sofa and arm chair from Natuzzi in Milton Keynes the seats all sagged in a matter of months
These were replaced and did the same as the first ones
I’m now being refused refund !!!

The staff has been angels. Mustafa has been brilliant, he went beyond and above helping me choose the sofa I wanted and assisted me in decision making. Product knowledge is excellent too giving me the insight.
