My dog loves Nature's Menu raw food and their customer service is fantastic.
Annoyingly their courier can be unpredictable - delivering late and even failing to deliver our monthly subscription this month. However, Nature's Menu customer service staff leapt into action and arranged for a new delivery for the following day. Fab!

This use to be a great company to buy…
This use to be a great company to buy frozen food for my dogs, however i stopped using them due to the quality of the food getting worse, my dogs use to love the free flow beef which was a lovely fresh red colour then it started arriving discoloured and smelts wrong to the point where the dogs would not eat it.
The deliveries went from a company delivery to using a courier which meant it was hit and miss whether it even arrived at all, so i ordered through my local pet shop who also reported the same problem with their deliveries, they also sent in a couple of issues with the meat they were sending as some of it was brown not the red colour it use to be they said that, that was normal and sometimes it was brown with white in it and as i said the dogs just refused to eat it.
Its a shame as when i first found their web site, their deliveries were always on time you got to know the driver as it was the same one each time who use to ask if i had tried other things for my dogs that they may like, and the food for the dogs was good quality, but then they had cut backs and changed to a courier service then cut back again on their products making the food smell strange and a odd colour for just beef.

My dog's like the food
My dog's like the food, particularly the freeze dried raw food. I wasn't so happy to find it much cheaper in Pets at Home. If I am signing up for a subscription then I expect the price to be the best available barr one off short date sales in shops.

Great dog food
Great dog food, my dog has a gorgeous shiny coat and his breath doesn’t smell! He loves it, always wolfs it down!
Ordered from natures menu directly (price is much better) and DHL delivered late (they acknowledged it was their error) but natures menu were super helpful! I spoke with Talya and she was able to give me credit back for all the food that was defrosted by the time DHL delivered. As we love the actual food so much this was a great outcome and very supportive company!
Will keep our subscription going.

The food is great easy to dispense but…
The food is great easy to dispense but on almost every occasion when delivered there are bags of food which have melted into a mush and are therefore not usable. We have found the bags of ice almost completely dissolved. We have reported this on numerous occasions and whilst the customer service ladies are sympathetic and helpful this issue is clearly not being resolved.

I had to buy it again (from pets at home (more expensive)) however, as it atrived an entire 7 days later than it stated it would, the delivery company (unfortunately (DHL)) was incredibly unhelpful despite my reaching out multiple times :/ x
