Gorgeous material but poor quality

Gorgeous curtains but

In no way blackout - I can’t believe these could ever be considered as such it’s quite fraudulent

They don’t sit flush against the top so look handmade ( not in a nice way)

I also notice they have changed their name.. to loom and last!

Terrible customer services

Terrible customer services, long waiting times for fabrics and then huge problems with shipping in which the company sent urgent emails demanding that collection be made from a strange location immediately, there was clearly no delivery attempt made as there was no card and given the cost of delivery this is really poor. Colour in fabric is now different to the sample and we are left with a really bad feeling as they won’t refund.

These guys are the pits! I thought I'd researched and researched before choosing the NCC, but despite all of the hours spent pouring over reviews and choosing these guys, they were awful!!!! To cut a long story short...my first lot of blinds turned up after about a 4 weeks (I had to call to ask where they were). After checking them and despite contacting the company before installing asking whether the black out portion had been affixed (it didn't look like it had) I was assured it had...it had not! By which point my blinds were already installed. To add insult to injury, the metal chain snapped within 24 hours!!! I contacted customer service and they had the blind remade for me...fast forward appx. 3 weeks and the new 'correct' blind turns up ... and it's completely the wrong fabric!! How can they get it so wrong!?
If the blinds were amazing and incredible quality if wouldn't be so bad, but they actually look pretty cheap in terms of the fixtures and fittings. The brackets are flimsy plastic and the chains are clearly not very sturdy. It's been incredibly frustrating and really not worth it at all.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Dreadful Customer Service

I ordered a made to measure blind which was £300, so wasn't cheap. When it arrived, when we rolled it up, there was too much material to roll onto the barrel. We sent it back, they adjusted it, still the same. Have demonstrated with a spirit level that I had fitted it level, which they admitted, they said as a gesture of goodwill then would give me a full refund, but not pay for the return. How can this be right when its not fit for purpose.
You are dealing with two girls who don't seem to know anything, and they never allow you to speak to a director. I just don't want anyone else to go through this dreadful experience. We have had no blind at all for 2 months. They need to take a look at go2blinds customer service, who are very knowledgeable.
They are now dragging this out so I have had to get the credit card company involved, when the return would probably only cost them £20. Very, Very disappointed with this company.

Excellent all-round company

They sent me free samples before buying, which is good because I was a bit nervous about the fabric. Really easy measuring instructions and easy site to use. The curtains are gorgeous - have had a few compliments already. Might even go back for matching cushions and blinds!
