Very nice helmets, but...
Very nice helmets, but completely unexisting and utterly worthless customer service. Bought a helmet, two in different sizes actually, which came standard with a dark vizor. Transparant vizors can be bought separately but about every single one is "out of stock", same goes for the type I require for my helmets. You can leave an e-mailadress whereafter You will be informed when the vizors are available again. At least, that is what the website claims but after more than three months nothing has changed. E-mails sent to the customer services are never being replied to either. Either this company is going bankrupt and just selling their remaining stock, or they just do not care about their customers. As a result I am not able to drive during dark hours, unless I leave the standard vizor open which is hardly advisable during bad weather and/or winter conditions. Anyhow, despite the reasonable quality of their helmets which for certain models come with very nice leather finishes and stuff like that, I will never buy any of following brands again: Moto-helmets, Soxon, Armor-helmets and Rebelbynature. Mentioned brands are being manufactured by one and the same company, or at least it looks like that.
